You want to see how the locals wolf it down... well this is the place. Insanely, it’s owned by a prominent lawyers who loves a two burger lunch and has the belly to show for it. Worth going just to watch your boy chow down.
Next to the roundabout and near the Royal Gazette. Very small, but tasty food for a reasonable price. Daily specials are good. Nice to see the old place survive while the tall buildings progress up Par-la-Ville Road, ever closer.
It looks like a shack or lean-to from the outside, The outside "dining" area is small - about 8 tables. Indoor seating is also available - another small room. The people who eat here, locals who hang out for hours sometimes, make your visit very...memorable. You would think that the clientele is from a modest or low-income pool, but you'd be surprised to find out that many of the regulars are wealthy, yet humble, friendly folk who have worked hard and earned their comfortable retirement. They are quick to engage in conversation and make you part of the group. The food is typical Bermudian but you can order American style breakfasts and lunches. Prices are very reasonable. The bathroom is in the back - ask for the key.More
Bermy Cuisine has a diner many, with addition of a few Filipino dishes that pop up in the daily specials.
Near Quicky Licky laundromat, ask for directions. Everybody knows where to find it.
Good fast or diner food. Eat in, take out.
Have the spicy...fries, and a milkshake.More
