Food was delicious from our appetizer specially with the Entree’s. Although service was a bit slow and not attentive with only two staff working on a multi skill serving and making the drinks. We still had a good night treating a friend who’s leaving the...island.More

This is one of the best places for drinks in Bermuda, even though it doesn’t offer a cocktail menu. It also serves better desserts than the other higher-end restaurants in Hamilton that I tried.

We went for a mid week evening meal, as the last night of our stay in Bermuda and it was 100% the right choice. The decor is themed as expected from the restaurant name, all things Alice in Wonderland. The choice of food was very...good and the quality of what we ordered was amazing. With portion sizes just right. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. I know the hosts who we stay with will be returning and we hope to return on our next visit to Bermuda.More

Awesome rock fish. Decent wine list. No cocktail menu to present to guests, so no cocktails ordered. Overall very good.

It is very rear I am keen to write a review like this, but after my experience with this establishment I feel I am obliged to. As a customer service expert with more than 20 years of experience worldwide, it is hard to be impressed....But the way Mad Hatters team deals with customers, I am honestly more than impressed. Due to the current situation, II called the restaurant in order to place an order for take out. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful, very positive, cheerful with the right balance between friendliness and professional attitude. I don't know his name, but it is the second time I spoke with him and he is always kind of makes my day. The food I got from the restaurant is extremely balanced between quality and price (a rare case for the island). The dish was generously delicious. It reminded me of my mother's cooking (and coming from Mediterranean that is definitely very rare to admit). I guess my best friend was nothing but right complimenting chef Ben. When I came to take the food, it was delivered by another sweet team member, who was also very friendly. It was a female this time. Overall I find the team very approachable, customer oriented and the cousin simply amazing. One of the best I tried on the island. I can't wait to both revisit the place well known about its vibes and big collection of hats :). And at the same time to recommend it to all my friends.I am thrilled to share this experience and hopefully more to come with all of the food lovers out there.More

One of our absolute favorites in Bermuda. Beautiful fresh fish, traditional favorites and attentive service. High profile British chef and a welcoming staff.

Off the beaten path and harder to find - near the Esso gas station- but a cute spot for lunch! Delicious Dark and Stormy cocktail. Good mushroom soup and crab soup, salad, fish, and brownie.

We enjoyed a meal here whilst staying with friends in Hamilton. Interesting menu, good service. Lovely seafood. Just a word of warning if coming from the U.K, without having lots of wine or all having 3 courses it’s pricey, compared to what we are used...to!! Also a 17.5% service charge automatically added bumps up the price.More

I had the mixed grill and a cheese plate for dessert and my guest had wahoo kebabs with a cheese plate. Mixed grill had lamb, chicken and sausage with the family style mixed veg and potatoes. Cheese plates were generous portions. Well done!

I've never seen a children's menu per se, but the chef is so good, he'll probably create something for them

It is wheelchair accessible. Just ask the staff when you get there. They will provide a ramp and there is a path outside. My son is on a wheelchair and we eat there all the time.
