We love seafood, so the Lobster Pot seemed to be an obvious choice. Chrissy was our server and I cant think of the bat tenders name, but I believe he was french. Both of these staffers were top notch. The food was very good. I...highly recommend. Hey there prior to 6pm or plan to have a reservationMore

The Lobster Pot has been there forever, but this was our first visit in 7 trips to Bermuda. We were given a booth in the back with a few other tables occupied. When we left, the bar/dining area in front was quite lively with families...enjoying a meal. They had 5 local fishes to choose from--we had the rock fish boats mate style and broiled snapper. Both were cooked perfectly, fresh and delicious. We were served by several different people--when the food/drink was ready it was brought out. They were all very pleasant. Meals are served simply, with choice of potato and veg or rice and peas. Sometimes you want something that is just plain and simple but perfectly cooked and this was it. It is a place where both locals and tourists go. Highly recommended.More

After a pre-dinner drink we made our way into town for dinner here at the Lobster Pot. We'd booked a patio table but was given the option of sitting where we liked as the restaurant was extremely quite (Wednesday night). Service was good and the...staff welcoming. The food was lovely, well presented and served hot. Would recommend but go at the weekend when there are more tables occupied and the ambience more lively.More

The staff are warm and friendly and the food is fabulous! Our waitress was lovely and welcoming and stopped to chat with us when she could. Stop in when you are in Bermuda and experience a true Bermudian welcome.

Original menu, really great local dishes, and reasonable well priced (by Bermudian standards!) We were lucky enough to have dinner on a day when they had red hind, which was cooked to perfection. The chocolate pecan cake for desert was worth it alone.

The Lobster Pot is a totally charming local restaurant, just a few minutes walk from Front Street but a great way to get away from the tourist crowds. Get the fish "boat mate style" you will not regret it. Excellent service.

We had a great experience at the Lobster Pot. The service is one point and the lobster thermidor was to die for!!! A definite do when in Bermuda.

We split the Bermuda Triangle and the fish, shrimp and scallops were all cooked perfectly and delicious. Started with the Conch Fritters which were just okay.

We came during lobster season, with a 7pm booking. Lobsters were limited and on a first come first served basis. We were disappointed with then having run out during Bermudas lobster season - the place wasnt even busy. Would recommend arriving for an early dinner...and checking availability of fresh lobster to avoid disappointment. They do offer imported lobster, but not really what we went for. Alternative options were decent and a great setting.More

On our first visit to Hamilton, we chose the Lobster Pot to celebrate my birthday. This authentically Bermudian restaurant is slightly off the tourist trail but worth the detour. It is located near the Hamilton Princess Hotel. The internal homey ambiance was charmed with seafarer's...paraphernalia creating a casual, cosy and warm welcoming atmosphere. The menu was extensive and choices were staggering. The service was attentive and prompt. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Our simply great appetisers were conch chowder, lobster and crab cakes. The grilled spiny Bermuda lobsters and rockfish with capers and onions and their sides of vegetables were freshly prepared, beautifully presented, delectable, deliciously flavoursome and very scrumptious! For finale, we had sublime coco meringue and decadent brownie sundae. Our friendly young waiter surprised me with a moist mini chocolate birthday cake with fresh cut of strawberries. Now that was a really good gesture on his part to make our day extra special! The few enjoyable hours of dining at this place made us left Hamilton very happy, content and blessed! I would highly recommend this restaurant. To avoid disappointment, table reservation would be wise!More

Although it's called the Lobster Pot and I love lobster, I've never eaten it here. We are never in Bermuda during lobster season. We do love the food here and the service is excellent. This was our Pandemic Visit, so things were different. We ate...outside on their covered porch. Tables were spaced nicely. Staff were wearing masks. offered sanitizer and took contact info. As in all the restaurants, you wear your mask to the table, but not while you are seated and eating. As in most of the restaurants we visited, menus are all throw away paper. I love their Bermuda Fish Chowder - it's my favorite of all the ones I've tried around the island. Just the right amount of spice and very tasty. I always get the Catch of the Day with the lemon butter sauce. I've tried the other preparations, but this is my favorite. My husband likes the Fisherman's Platter. They make my favorite dessert, banana fritters, but there is a banana shortage in Bermuda at the moment. So no fritters :( Another excellent meal, Lobster Pot! Thanks!More

The restaurant is definitely the best place to eat seafood in the city. They have a variety of options available to chose from and their dishes don't like imagination. The two ladies who welcomed me (I am sorry for not asking names) at 17:15 on...March 26 were exceptional. The atmosphere and decor already put you in the mood for something special but it is the food itself that exceeds all expectations. We tried the seafood lovers feast, calamari, lobster shrimps cake, mozzarella stick, apple cramble and they were all delicious, including the complimentary soup and hot buttered bread. The prices are really low for the quality of food and service. I can't wait to go back and will recommend it to all my friends.More

A friend suggested this place while we were in Bermuda. I sprung for the Lobster, simply because most of the other entrees were as expensive. I was a bit disappointed to find very little meat in the half lobster that I got. I would have...been better off getting something else for the same cost. Overall tasted good though. I had asked for a salad instead of carbs, and as brought a lovely salad. But they forgot the veggies that were supposed to come with it. My colleagues found their meals to be good, but overall an expensive meal.More

The Lobster Pot is clearly a local favorite. We went on a Friday night and it was packed, noisy, fun and delicious. Our waiter was a delight and the food truly delicious. For a fun evening with the locals, this is a real winner.

As long as the cruise ship is docked @ the city port it’s no more than a 5-10min walk.
