It was very well prepared and tasty. She really enjoyed it. I had the lamb chops. The meat was tender and the preparation was flavorful without overpowering the meat. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday brunch experience at the Bucuti and Tara resort. Our waiter, Vincent, greeted us promptly and explained the menu and dining experience that would follow. He was friendly, funny and totally professional throughout our 2.5 hour meal. We were presented with...a bottle of champagne and orange juice for mimosas to begin our afternoon. Appetizers including cheese, smoked salmon, egg casserole and shrimp were brought one at a time at a pace which allowed leisurely and relaxed dining on an oceanfront deck. We each had our choice of 2 main courses which were all delicious. Our incredible meal was completed with several wonderful desserts. Our engraved champagne glasses were ours to take as a souvenir and reminder of our enjoyable afternoon. We can’t recommend this more enthusiastically. For $55 there is not a better buy in Aruba particularly since you will not need dinner afterwards.More

On a very windy night at the beach we had a nice meal at elements. Kathy had a glass of AVANT Chardaay which was quite good. I tried a special martini with raspberry which wasn’t great. For appetizers Kathy had the shrimp with avocado which...was somewhat fishy and I had the burrata with beets which was very good. Dinner was excellent; Kathy had the seafood special a lobster tail and MahiMahi It was delicious. I had the tuna which also was quite good. The mashed potatoes were fair. Service was very good. This restaurant ticks every single box. It's ridiculously romantic overlooking a stunning beach. The service is excellent and the food...!!! I'm vegan, my husband is not and each of our meals was outstanding. They even have a separate vegan menu! My husband ordered his main...off the vegan menu because everything looked so good. I started with the arepas eggplant but it was a hard choice! They were exceptional. Then I had the roasted cauliflower main and it was the best I've had. I don't know what they did to this cauliflower but it was soft and (vegan) buttery and just perfection. On the side there was a copote of onion walnut jam that I wish they sold by the jar! My husband had the beef carpaccio to start and said it melted in his mouth. Then he had the gnocchi off the vegan menu and it was also outstanding. Prices were fair and portions were perfect. You simply cannot go wrong with this restaurant!More

It's a lovely setting with tables for two and four, and the ambiance is quiet, gracious, and simple. While reservations don't mean immediate seating, and the menu is varied, the food at dinner is slightly disappointing given the outstanding nature of the hotel. The breakfast...buffet is quite standard but plentiful; however, it is not self-serve. Lunch and bar snacks are your best bet here; there are too many truly great restaurants in Aruba to have dinner here.More
