What an incredible experience!!! If you are ready for a culinary experience that will change your life, then definitely book the chefs tasting! Everything from start to finish was exceptional! One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Top notch dinner experience. Dedicated service staff, amazing presentation and exquisite good pairing with the drinks. Magnificent dinner experience all together
We dined at Infini on May 17, 2023. This was an amazing experience for myself and my husband! Chef Croes and his staff went above and beyond with the wonderful food. We celebrated our Anniversary and it was a memorable one. I can't wait to...go back and I highly recommend Infini. You won't be disappointed 🙂More
8 course (for us, though it's usually a 10 course) chef hosted meal where you and about 15 other guests sit in a U shape around the kitchen and watch your amazingly detailed and beautiful dishes get prepared by an elite squad of 5 chefs...- including the head chef / owner. Two wonderful servers are there to pour your wine (champagne upon arrival!) and / or drink pairings, answer general questions, and keep you entertained during the 3-hour experience. The menu undergoes a complete revision every 3-4 months or so, making this a high-repeatability event (assuming your wallet can absorb successive body blows). My wife and I opted to split the wine pairings, which was probably one of the smartest things I've ever done in my life, as they were healthy pours, and included periodic top offs. Beautiful setting, with sunset views over the ocean - bring a camera, both for that, and to capture pictures of the food for the 'Gram (if that's how you roll). Definitely in the top five dining experiences for my wife and I, though that could be the recency effect.More
There are no words for such a special place, excellent food, great service and it’s all in Aruba. If I could give away a Michelin Star, it’ll definitely be Infini
From the moment we stepped up to the front door, we were met with a friendly and doting team member. We took pictures outside and had a glass of champagne. We then were seated inside to start the culinary journey. We got the wine pairing...and everything was perfected matched. The presentation was spot on and the progression through our theme was beautiful. We then were transitioned outside for the desserts. We were even given a patisserie to enjoy the morning after. Definitely looking forward to coming back!More
This is our third dinner at Infini and it was as wonderful as expected. Each experience is unique. The execution is only surpassed by the creativity of the tastings. Watch all of the staff work in concert to deliver an exquisite meal. This culinary ballet...is well worth the trip. Meet new friends, try the cocktail pairing and take pictures-you won’t regret it.More
Simply a beautiful experience! From the champagne welcome, to every bite being an exquisite delight, to the incredible staff! Wine and cocktail pairing was second to none! My husband and I throughly enjoyed our evening. A definite must experience on the island!
The food was delicious. I gave it 3 stars because this is a dining experience for people over 18, but the was a young child there that was playing with his toy truck on the dining table and it was quite annoying. If I would...ever go back I would make sure no children would be there. This is not a restaurant for children especially with the price of the dinner.More

The evening began at 6:30pm as the sun was setting over the Caribbean Sea. Our hostess Jo greeted us at the entrance and handed us a glass of Prosecco to start are incredible journey into food paradise. Around 7:15 we were seated at u shaped...table with 18 chairs around it. My wife and I were joined by 16 other lucky foodies who were ready for a night of culinary bliss. The chef and his staff proceeded to create dish after dish of food that looked like art. Everything was so delicious. Each course was explained to us by the chef including ingredients and preparation. Four hours later we were just finishing our second dessert when the chef brought out little gift boxes for everyone with a breakfast treat for the next morning. It was a great evening of food, fun and making new friends. I recommend it very highly.More

TL:DR version: Infini is an amazing tasting menu experience that is an absolute treat for the senses, but be sure to double confirm your reservation with them as there’s only 18-21 possible seats a night! - - - - We ate great food every night...of our week in Aruba, but Infini was definitely the highlight. The meal is an awesome 12 course tasting menu experience for the senses… savory, subtle spices, buttery, sweet, succulent… add the spot on wine pairing (about 6-7 glasses total) and it’s practically a culinary marathon BUT well paced for 4+ hours! Eat a very light lunch (or none!) The meal’s use of contrasting textures was also wonderful… crisp with smooth, sauces and foam with protein, tiny crunches with a plethora of micro greens, the whole spectrum. The chef staff was great, service was super friendly, informative, and accommodating (the lady next to us was pescatarian and the duck/pork was replaced with great cuts of fish!) Yes, the price tag is on the high side, but consistent with NYC tasting menus we’ve done combined with the island upcharge you’ll experience at every restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place for children or anyone with a lot of food hangups. I saw a few other reviewers complaining about a few things, so I’ll address those. First, after you have made your reservation, whether on OpenTable or elsewhere, the restaurant sends you a reminder that they need you to do a second confirmation with them, so make double sure that you’ve done this, as they only have 18 to 21 seats possible in the space. A minor inconvenience that is well worth it for all. For this price tag, having a couple no-shows is a major hit for their hard working staff versus other restaurants that can seat 300 to 400 a night. Not to mention there’s people on the waiting list that might not be notified in time. Second, I saw reviewers complaining that Infini sourced a handful of the menu items from local bakers and other culinary artisans, as opposed to creating every single facet of the meal in house. So it’s a silly criticism IMHO as one of the points of the meal was not just to celebrate what Infini is able to present for a meal, but also a reflection of the island of Aruba in whole. The heritage, the ethnicities that make up the population, and the different cultural dishes that make up Aruba’s history. When you watch the care and tweezer level precision they put into each course right in front of you, you’ll get it. It is your right to say that this meal may be pretentious, but you should enter into the meal accepting that tasting menus in general have to carry a level of pretention in order to fulfill the experience anyway. Nevertheless, in Infini’s case, they totally delivered (and then some) on every promise to make this an evening you won’t soon forget.More

My wife and I made reservations for dinner here on Tuesday 4/11 for dinner on Friday 4/14. Reservation was confirmed via OpenTable. When Friday came around, I opened my OpenTable app to confirm the time of our reservation to find that it had been canceled...by the restaurant with no notice to us. When I questioned the restaurant, they informed me that “someone should have reached out to confirm” and that unfortunately they were now booked and could not accommodate us. At no point did anyone reach out by phone, text or e-mail to cancel this reservation, but rather just canceled via OpenTable. Not only was this extremely poor management, there was no accommodation provided after they found out the mistake. Regardless of the food, this place gets 0 stars from me on their absolute carelessness.More

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. You arrive at a beautiful setting with the sunset on the horizon. They greet you at the entrance with a glass of delicious champagne, which you get to enjoy on a very cozy patio. If you'd...like, you can view the beautiful horizon, ocean, and sunset from above on their private roof deck. The interior is even more stunning with 3 architecturally designed islands overlooking their front of the house working kitchen. The decor was island themed with a simple yet elephant vibe. The music playlist was a perfect mix of your standard hip restaurant tracks but remixed covers. The service was impeccable. The Maitre D', Jessika, and the front of the house extraordinaire , Jin, were everything you could ask for. Their attention to detail, and how caters to everyone's personalized needs and desires were astonishingly perfect. Jessika's knowledge and ability to combine flavors, tastes and smells in a cocktail that meshes with each dish is simply magical. Jin's ability to make you feel like home and comfortable is a gift. Where to start with the food. Chef Urvin is a genius in the kitchen. His creativity goes beyond the combination of ingredients on a plate. As he described each dish you would listen and wonder how some of the flavor profiles would mesh together but as you tasted each bite, they would work in a connected way that filled your mouth with joy. All in all, this is a must do experience. I look forward to coming back to Infini the next time I visit Aruba.More

An incredible dining experience at Infini with owner/Chef Urvin and staff. 12 courses of wow. Mixture of fine art, spectacular service and oh so delicious. And yes, that Dragon Breath dessert sends frosted smoke through your nose. Maybe someday I’ll think of better words to...explain the Infini experience, but for now, just wow, wow, wow.More
