As a Peruvian born New Yorker who travels a lot internationally, I am very picky about the Peruvian food I eat . This restaurant has by far exceeded my expectations. Their fish ceviche rivals some of the best ceviches I’ve had in Lima and I...could say the same about their Cause dish and their Pescado al macho. Owner Roxana was very welcoming and offered many helpful suggestion. If you are in Aruba and are craving Peruvian food or are just in the mood for a great meal check out this restaurantMore

May 2021 had ceviche with jalea and simply put it was superb. The owner Roxana came to check on us and was very friendly. She explained how all the kitchen staff is Peruvian so they know their cuisine. We finished with a dessert sampler “el...gran final” and again delicious samples of Peruvian dessert. They also have a food truck by the beach so you don’t have to get dressed to eat. Roxana explained the food comes from the same kitchen so quality is the same. We’ve been to Peruvian restaurants all over the world and Asi es mi Peru is top quality.More

The food was delicious. We started with a tunafish causa and a mixed fish ceviche. Very tasty and enough for three as a starter. The 3 of us had the Pescado a lo Macho with the fresh catch of the day. The fish was in...a tasty sauce with lots of other seafood like calamari and shrimp. The service was also very friendly and fast. My only complaint is that at 8:50pm we were given the check without asking if we wanted dessert or anything else to drink. Unfortunately due to the curfew, dinners seem to be too rushed.More

Yeah - vegetarian variety and the taste of the cuisine was just out of this world. A must visit while in Aruba. Just off Eagle Beach.

I saw the reviews and wanted something unique (and not in a hotel!!) This was the BEST choice. The ceviche was VERY fresh and VERY good. The owners were there to explain all of the food choice and make suggestions. Even their wine was on...point!!! This restaurant really SHOULD be listed as a Top 10 places for travelers to visit in Aruba!!!! It even makes me want to travel to Peru to try the food in their "home country". Thanks for the hospitality!!!More

My boyfriend and I first tried the food truck when we stayed in Aruba this past week and we couldn't get enough of the food. We ended up sitting and eating at the actual restaurant for our anniversary, AND came back on our last night...on the island because we loved it there so much. The restaurant was decorated colorfully and authentically, from the art on the walls to the beautiful table settings. The staff (especially Oliver, the waiter) was attentive, classy, and kind; each member of the team went above and beyond to create the best experience for us each time we dined there, and they were truly successful. The food is exquisite and beautifully presented, and not to mention promptly delivered. I had difficulty finding vegetarian-friendly restaurants in Aruba, but Asi es mi Peru has a 4-5 item long vegetarian menu that is delicious. The desserts are also incredible, and we found we couldn't go for dinner without also getting dessert afterwards! We were surprised to see that this restaurant was rated only 4.5 stars because we whole-heartedly believe it deserves all five! A must for visitors to Aruba!More

THE BEST ceviche I or my family (they stole a few bites) had ever had--you have to try the Leche de Tigre (tiger's milk) ceviche! We did not actually eat in the restaurant, but we ordered from the food truck that is parked nearer to...the road. The food is made in the restaurant, and it is brought out to you, but you pay at the truck. It's a nice change of atmosphere with the same delicious food!More

Been here a week. Dinners at Yemanja, Flying Fish Bone, Lazy Turtle, Ike's Bistro, Screaming Eagle, Las Ramblas, and Lola Taqueria so far. This was my favorite by far. Comfortable setting, exceptionally warm and charming staff, excellent food. We shared their superb fish ceviche and...tamale to start, then the Peruvian Chinese Fusion chicken triple and the pecan spiced chicken. The latter very reminiscent of Indian korma, but differently spiced. Portions were ample, reasonable prices. An icy Peruvian lager and a bottle of a crisp Argentinian chardonay complemented the food. Sad to say, no room for dessert. Not to be missed!More

We dined here on the recommendation of a friend - and it was wonderful. Its in the midst of the Eagle Beach hotels. Service is prompt, friendly, and attentive. Portions are ample and tasty. They'll make suggestions based on your likes & dislikes. They pay...lots of attention to Covid sanitizing.More

We had a very good meal with pisco sour and drinks for $100 for two. Entrees are often very big. You may want to share. Don’t miss the ceviche. Excellent.
