We wanted to stay within close proximity to where we were staying, which was Casa del Mar, and the Water's Edge fit the bill. We started off with some bread and butter which is always welcome. Our appetizers included some coconut shrimp and ceviche. I...More

My parents and I ate here last week and really enjoyed it. It's located in the beautiful, new Costa Linda complex near Eagle Beach. We got there about an hour before our reservation because we wanted to look around Costa Linda, which is really nice....More

We went to Water’s Edge to have seafood, The service was really good, but didn’t like the fact that the drink menu had no prices on it. The food was good, but I felt my Mahi Mahi was a bit overdone.

Stopped in for dinner last night because we had an issue with another restaurant we were going to go to. We knew it was Super Sunday, so I'll chalk the bad service up to that. However, the food was good. I really liked my snapper...More

My wife and I were staying next door at Bucuti & Tara, and with a "project" of sampling surrounding restaurants, we made advance reservations here before arriving in Aruba (in retrospect, probably was not essential, there were other open tables), but we ended up with...More

Out of all the restaurants we went to during our trip to Aruba, Water’s Edge was our favorite and by far had the friendliest staff. We ended up going back there a second time for our last dinner on the island. Excellent place to eat
