Not the best spot for food especially breakfast and especially when they are neighboring the Dutch pancake house. But when the Dutch pancake house has lines an hour long and your starving, the only thing I’d say is wait in the line. This place wasn’t...great. They serve average bland American style breakfast nothing to rave about. Have a real experience and wait next doorMore

Came here for drinks, got a Caipirinha and a mudslide and they were amazing! Ended up getting the Shoarma which was great too. We decided to come back later that night for calamari, which was great! I got escargot which I’ve never had before, but...they seemed good and the sauce they were in was delicious! Garlic bread was good too. Also got an espresso martini which was good.More

I went this establishment to eat breakfast while on vacation with family and friends. I sat down at the bar for 30 minutes, the restaurant was not busy at all and I was not attended to. Within that time frame several white customers came and...the bartender whom is an old white man attended to them with pleasure. I continue to try to get the bartender’s attention but he continued to ignore me and ignore the fact that I was sitting there waiting to get service. I happened to stop a waitress and told her I have been waiting long at the bar and there were not many customers, she stated that the (old white man) bartender does not like to serve customers of darker skin complexion. Worst experience ever !!! Folks be aware of the old white man bartender at this establishment.More

We are appalled by your comments about racism. We strongly reject any kind of racism, now and ever. Racism is terrible and on an island as Aruba and its history, your comments hurt even more. We kindly ask you to never visit us again. Regards,...More

The white old man qt the bar refused to serve me because I was black. I sat at the bar for breakfast and was never attended to. No menu , no water no nothing . Three white men came and sat near me after I...was sitting for 10 min and was immediately given a menu and coffee. I was the only one at the bae before the white men came and sat down. I pulled a waiter to the side and voiced my concerns on why I was not being served she stated “he does not serve people with dark skin.” She apologized to me and offered to take my order . While disappointed and angry the owner overheard my frustration and just looked at me. Never did she come to inquire about the issue. I’m 33 years old black female and never thought in my life I will come to Aruba and not be served due to the color of my skin. I was beyond hurt and upset.More

Might have been more interesting had we been there to drink and dine, but our lunch was only the latter...basic bar food.

They also offer very good Dutch pancakes and their coffee is great . Went back twice...after our first visit during our trip. Our server Brandon gave us a great experience and some tips the first day of our vacation too!More

We chose this place because it was next door to The Dutch Pancakehouse, and when we arrived, the line for the other restaurant wrapped around the building. We found this place next door with a similar menu and MUCH better prices, so we decided to...give it a try. It is AMAZING!! We ordered wraps, a Dutch waffle, hot chocolate and fresh squeezed orange juice, and everything was to die for. Absolutely incredible food!! I cannot recommend this place enough!More
