El Gauchos never disappoints and rarely leaves you wanting more. Mainly because you’re so full when you leave. Lol. Still my favorite steak stop on the island after almost 30 years of visiting. If it’s your first visit...try the Gaucho steak. 1 pound of heavenly...meat. You can do it...I promise! 😁More

Great place for couples and families. Amazing food with something for everyone. Generous portions considering typical island prices. They accept reservations which can easily be made through the concierge at your hotel.

I make sure to visit El Gaucho every time I visit the island. This restaurant never disappoints. The steaks are always perfectly cooked and the service is always super friendly. We will definitely be back. You cannot go wrong with the El Gaucho Steak.

We were a day early for a reservation nearby, so decided upon El Gaucho as a replacement and very glad we did! The service from start to finish was very good, the food was pretty tasty and the environment was very relaxing. I had a...Tenderloin sampler, which included a pork sample which tasted just like my mother used to make. The entire staff was very attentive and friendly. We had several higher-end dining visits during our week in Aruba, but this was one of our favorites.More

The steaks are HUGE and delicious (a little salty)! The sides and Appetisers are pretty good, for dessert get the fried cheesecake! Coolest thing about this restaurant is that you would think you’re on a movie set which takes place years ago in a Mexican...village. Highly recommended if you like meat!More

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! We came for lunch with no reservation. They had a 3 course meal for a really reasonable price. And wow....we were blown away! Between the couples we mixed and matched so we could try everything...and it was worth it. Everything was top notch. Even the batter on the fried grouper would rival a top level fish and chip joint. But the beef was cooked to perfection and so tender. When we were done we almost had to roll out of there it was so filling. This place is definitely worth going too. Just make sure to bring a slight sweater as it is chilly in the ac.More

No, there is not. But don’t let that play into your decision to go. It’s a large restaurant and they are seating tables apart. Plus live music. We go 2/3 times every vacation.

Well they do advertise that they have a happy hour in the Aruba newspaper but it is not on their menus and the waiter did not tell us about any happy hour even though we were there during the advertised times.
