Went here to celebrate two milestone birthdays while in Aruba for vacation. The restaurant had a nice celebratory center piece on the table when we arrived. Our server, can't remember his name, was friendly, attentive and very open to provide recos. We started with the Garlic Shrimp app. Very tasty and the shrimp were cooked perfectly (not chewy). Two of... More

Ok food .. This is mostly a red meat restaurant. We were with a large group of 16 people. Service leaves a lot to be desired. They were under staffed for the amount of people seated. They are a higher priced steak house. Was not really impressed. Would not go back. But that should not stop anyone from going there.... More

My wife and I ate here for our honeymoon. I was looking forward to returning in July and I have to admit that I was disappointed. The steak was cooked as asked but was not as flavorful and tender as I remember. Perhaps it was just my expectations going in, but I would tell you there are better steaks on... More

We had the porterhouse. Amazing food and service. It was our second visit on this trip. A must do if you are a meat lover.

The service is impeccable with a special shout out to Clara! This is the best steakhouse I have ever been too and I have been to many throughout the world. El Gaucho is a must stop when in Aruba!

We have been coming to Aruba for 25 years and El Gaucho is always on the agenda. The Filet is the best ever and if you can't decide order the mix grill. Garlic bread and 3 veggies come with the meal.

We had to take a taxi here and as it was our first time we were not sure where the taxi driver was taking us. It looked like we were going out of the way and the road did not have street lights so we were very skeptical. The taxi driver was very nice and explained that we would enjoy... More

If you love beef, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is delightful, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Strumming guitarists will delight you.
