We specifically went for the "lunch special", which is served till 5:30. It is a three course meal for $25.00 a person. We had a choice of soup or salad for the first course. I had the vegetable beef soup which was excellent. My other family members had the salad which was very fresh and crisp and good size. We... More

Our dinner at El Gaucho was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend the Sangria, go there starving as you get a TON of food. We could have made a meal of the bread with the topping they give you for it. Thank heavens we didn't. It's a little pricey, there were 4 of us (2 of... More

For everyone who is a steak expert and lover. Excellent services, authentic interior. Bring your cardigan in case you are sensitive for a very cold air conditioned room!

Last time I was very disappointed in the steak, we decided to go back because we know they can cook a good steak. Last week we came back and had a good meal, the Gaucho steak we ordered was delicious and the chimichurri is the best on the island... There is no room for appetizers or dessert after this enormous... More

Had a great dinner with my wife celebrating her birthday. The mix grill for two was wonderful. Plenty to eat and the wine was a grape at pairing.

7 of us went to el gaucho for dinner. The workers were so nice and it was very busy. We ordered our appetizers and they came out within 15 minutes.. However, we ordered dinner and after noticing people who got there after us were already eating. After an hour of waiting, the manager came out and told us our order... More

Everyone we spoke with told us El Gaucho is a must when in Aruba (relatives, hotel staff, car rental guy, cab driver...). We made reservations for 9 pm and arrived on time. I ordered a glass of red wine (Philip de Rothschild $9) and my wife ordered the fruit punch. We ordered the avocado Salad and it was okay. For... More

We LOVE El Gaucho. They have the most wonderful steaks and the sides are really delicious (you get to choose 3). If you like broccoli in garlic and oil you will want to get a double order.

This was my first trip to Aruba, and I was told by many friends to check this place out if I liked steak. I'm not even sure if I would call what I ordered a steak - it was more like the entire cow! I got the El Gaucho steak, and I'm pretty sure it could have fed a small... More
