Enjoy the best cuisine in Aruba, cooked to perfection and artfully presented by our master chef, Darwin Torres. "I think of my kitchen as an orchestra, where I am the conductor and my staff are the musicians. I guide and work alongside my musicians creating perfect harmony. The philosophy behind my menu is focused on freshness. The healthy aspect of our food comes from the ingredients we choose, which are fresh, local and nutritious. We then prepare these ingredients with unique spices and cooking techniques from all over the world. We present these dishes as a work of art to match Windows on Aruba’s beautiful surroundings. The pleasure of our cuisine is shown in the dining experience we provide;

Windows on Aruba is a lovely restaurant. The view is terrific and the food is very nice. The service makes a comfortable, romantic dinner. I highly recommend you try this upscale, fine-dining restaurant.

Windows is an upper scale dining experience, but can also be casual. The food and service are extraordinary, though a little pricey

The restaurant is elegant and has a nice view on the golf course. That said, it does not show a connection to Aruba, it could be anywhere in the world. There is a strange visual effect where the big external windows tilted toward the outside...More

Selection was excellent, service by Miguel was excellent (if a little slow). Steak was cooked to perfection, price with the special price afforded guests of the Divi make it worth the trip outside of the resort.
