Sandra welcomed us with the most enthusiastic greeting we experienced on the island! She is the embodiment of Caribbean hospitality, and for that alone you should eat here. I had the jerk pork, and although delicious, was pretty dry like it had been cooked the...day before and reheated. The food didn’t seem to be prepared that day, but it was still tasty. You get great views over the harbour and is a good choice if you’re doing one of the many water activities from the sailing school.More

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I literally can’t fault what Sandra and her team do. I am vegan and booked in advance and Sandra went above and beyond twice for us to eat here. It is so refreshing to...find someone that is able to cook for a vegan in the Caribbean style. So so impressed. You have to to come here if you are visiting Antigua.More

My wife and I visited Antigua for our honeymoon and we booked Island Fusion for Boxing Day. My wife is vegan and we often struggle (particularly in the Caribbean) so I emailed ahead of time to make sure they could cater for us, and they...said they could. While we were in Antigua some strict COVID rules were enacted and Sandra and her team reached out to us straight away to let us know we'd need to move the booking. I wasn't the easiest person to reach, being at the bottom of the Carribean Sea on a diving trip at the time, with my phone in the safe in the room... But they moved heaven and earth to get in touch and eventually we brought the booking forward a couple of hours. Having arrived at the restaurant we sat down and Sandra had prepared a special meal for my wife (vegan bolognese). I had the Lobster Bisque starter. It was quite possibly the best starter I've ever had. The main course (curried goat) wasn't as good (how could it have been?) but it was still awesome. Service great, local beers cold and delicious and the bill was very reasonable. We got chatting to Sandra and she offered to make a special vegan cheesecake should we want to return. Unsurprisingly we did! Second time around it was just as good (I had the lobster bisque again, as well as Lobster curry for main). The cheesecake was great. It's important to say that this isn't fine dining - it's hearty, home-cooked, delicious, authentic food, with friendly service. It's the best restaurant on the island for a reason. If you do have a dietary need, let them know first and you will be taken care of. Thank you Sandra - Happy New Year TomMore

Having known Sandra for many years, we are pleased Island Fusion is doing so well in Falmouth. She is such a grafter and really wants to please everyone with her gorgeous food. The menu is varied with a mix of Traditional Antiguan dishes, fresh catch...of the day & many other pleasing dishes. She is also a great baker, especially her banana bread!!! We can’t speak highly enough of this place and look forward to returning soon! Brilliant as always Sandra xMore

What a friendly place - we turned up unexpectedly and were welcomed in. We read the wrong menu, and chose from it; the dish we each chose - seafood pasta - was not on the lunch menu, but they cooked it specially for us anyway,...and we were very glad that they did. The wine was very reasonably priced, and we felt very well satisfied. The cost for us both was about £65 - about one-third of what we had paid at Jacqui O's the week before, for a similar meal! And you have the bonus of being on an elevated decking overlooking the mega-yachts in Falmouth Harbour. We shall certainly go back.More

Sandra is a lovely welcoming host and made us feel so welcome. The location is wonderful overlooking the harbour. The food was fantastic, some of the best we have eaten in Antigua. We ate from the local selection which was not on the menu and...each mouthful was divine. We are planning to return very soon. Thanks you to the whole team.More

Having read the mouthwatering reviews of Chef Sandra’s curried lobster, we contacted her in advance to see if we could get it on the menu for our visit. She did! And it was AMAZING. Also amazing was the seafood chowder to start - the perfect...amount of ‘peppery-ness’ to cream. Would highly recommend :-). Best meal of the week.More

Went with my wife & 2 sons and every plate of food was fantastic. Lobster thermidor, spicy wings, spring rolls, jerk chicken, ribs, goat curry, banana cake. We'll be back before the holiday is over!
