Everywhere else locally was full so found this cafe in the back of the grocery store. The place could do with some prettying up and some more cozy decor but the coffee and panini were good and inexpensive.

Good place for a cup of tea in the back of the shop near to the Sun Inn and no one else in the café when we were there - the toasted tea cake with butter and jam went down well with my friend

A pleasant hideaway to relax - comfortable, excellent quality coffee - hot and half the price of the overprices other eateries in Bruton - and served with a biscuit. Portugese food as well as European.

Love going to Cats for lunch, always welcoming and always tasty. Mexican breakfast is really nice and the coconut cake and rice buns are good. Cat and her Mummy are great fun to chat to. Nice mocha :)

There is really only one thing wrong with this charming little cafe and that is - as other posters have already stated - that it is difficult to find. On the day I visited just one A-board on the pavement outside advertised its presence. You would not be able to see this driving past (due to parked cars) or even... More

You won't see this High Street establishment from the High Street: it's tucked away at the back of Bruton's post office and general store. But don't pass up the chance to have a cup of coffee or pot of tea, with a quiche or cake with it. All the food is home-made, and served by Cat (Caterina?) and her daughter;... More
