I was born in Molfetta and come often to visit my family. This restaurant is my first stop. I can't wait to land in Bari and come straight here. The fish is all just out of the sea and enjoying it while looking at the...sea is local tradition. In particular clams and seashells, which are specialty in this region, are just amazingly fresh. My favorite is spaghetti all vongole veraci. If you have never tasted seashells, this is the place to do it. You won't believe the taste.More

Get a seat at the front overlooking/sitting over the Adriatic. on our evening there a most dramatic sunset. Should be a stunning restaurant. Tried to pass off some Sea Urchins which were passed it. Unnecessary but gives an indication of the attitude. Food otherwise good...and a visit is recommended for Seafood.More

The restaurant is facing the Adriatic sea, close to the shore, but you have to drive to the restaurant (and easy parking then). The food is mostly seafood and fish. We greatly enjoyed the raw seafood dish that tastes like right out of the sea...a second before, fired shrimp and calamari delicious, generous and tasty risotto or "pasta ai frutti" di mare. They have a good choice of wines. The all meal is very inexpensive considering the quality and the generous dishes. Service is efficient and pleasant.More

This is one of the most fabulous dinning experiences I have had. The seafood was fresh and very well prepared in the most pure Italian style; simple and respecting the ingredients.

I ate here as a party of 10, they accommodated us quickly and without fuss. It's a busy place, good service, good food.. probably a little over priced but as mentioned it's popular so what do I know? You could see a fair number of...smart looking locals, it felt like a local 'special occasion' place. Fish was definitely fresh.. they take that seriously down here !More

Highly recommended fish restaurant in Molfetta. It's close to the sea, the fish is extremely fresh and not too expensive.

I went two times to this restaurant and personally I wasn't impressed! I got two plates of ricci di mare and I got the worst ricci someone could serve. Incredible the other tables I found out their got a big and better one. I guess...because those people are local. When I went to pay I found out the host is not honest person because he just told me that was all good. Not even a sorry Personally I won't eat at this restaurant anymore Just be careful if you are not a local the price will double. Another thing I did not like and is the way the bill is served If you pay with credit card they will show only the total to pay and not all the price of the item. If you decide to eat there just be careful CheersMore

Great place. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the food was delicious. Every course was perfect, though we failed to order a secondi - which was good as we'd not have had enough space for the dolci. Would absolutely recommend it for lunch any...chanceyou get.More

It has been a while I come to eat here. Great food; ask for "cavatelli ai frutti di mare" or "cozze gratinate" to have a special taste of puglia see foods. Ask also to be seated along the sea border in order to appreciate the...beach view. They should just improve the quality of toilets.More

We actually had a dinner three times during our staying in Molfetta. Raw sea food such as squid, prawn, shelfish were very fresh and tasty. Pasta with lobstar and Spaghetti with sea food were also excellent. One more thing I would like to add is...their hospitality. The owner was very kind and he parepared a sofa for my son and took care of when he was tired after playing a lot during the day. We don't know if many tourists come to this restaurant. But if you have a chance to visit around this area, why don't you try this place? Most tabeles were occupied every time we went.More

Everytime I leave from bari Airport I make sure to have some time to stop over for lunch. Sitting in the veranda, looking at the sea, eating sea urchins, or other delicacies, is extraordinary. They do not have a fixed menu, but rely on the...richness of the sea to offer the freshest products to the customers. Most people are habitués, returning customers. Try the fish cruditès and poacher all'astice. Price is reasonable.More

This place is famous with the locals for it fish and shellfish. We had grilled octopus and raw scampi to start with (forget how it sounds -- it's great!), followed by a large fish called galinha which lives in very deep water and was excellent...(also grilled). Our waiter spoke passable English and the service was professional in all respects. If you go on Sunday, go early or late (avoid noon to 3pm), as it seems that half of southern Italy likes to have lunch there on Sundays. Reservations are accepted (but that's always a dicey proposition in Italy, as guests sometimes linger for hours after their meal). Expensive, but worth it.More
