Excellent fish, decent wine, good crepes. Super friendly service. They only take cash though I didn't know. When it came to pay and I only had a credit card the server said I could come back the next day to pay.
Very good food and very good people. Menu doesn't have too many options but it has everything you need - from fish to grill, or kids menu. Fish is great, and you can have unique experience if you are not skilled in picking bones from...fish - the lovely host will do it for you on your plate when the fish is servedMore
It’s only after climbing in Paklenica for 10 days we eventually found what we were looking for: the place climbers hang out after a hard day of fun on the walls. We just didn’t ask the right people!
Dinko is an icon in the climbing...community. You’ll see here legendary pieces of gear hung above one of the main tables. Everest memorabilia on the form of those little flags from the summit (Croatia is the only country that had more women up there than men).
The food is great, authentic, fresh sea bream and sea bass that couldn’t be more local. It feels homely and welcoming. Not to forget the cutest kitten you’ve ever seen roaming around the place! All outdoors, you can chose between regular restaurant tables and long wooden benches.
A definite must go to after a long day hiking or climbing in beautiful Paklenica.More
Jednsotavno savrseno, nivo kvalitete i ljubaznosti je visoko IZNAD cijene.
Simply the best. Staff, meal ...everything. Really priceless for this quality. Family restaurant, on Jadranska magistrala (coast road) MUST EAT HERE
Went here three times whilst staying at the Alana Beachclub. It is situated on the corner of the main road and the road that leads to the National Park. Consequently, when we went on a Saturday early evening, it was full of climbers and walkers....Artfully covered outside eating area. The kind waitress separated a table to make a place for us as the restaurant was full. We ordered a mixed grill, mackerel and two beers. Dinko has a great atmosphere because of the clientele visiting. The food when it came was delicious. Beautifully tender meat and there were two huge mackerel. The matriarch of the restaurant comes to your table when you get fish and he quickly and expertly removes bones, heads and your meal is ready to eat. We went twice more in the early evening and it had more of a family atmosphere with tables filled with local families enjoying the food and company. Highly recommended-the staff are very friendly-a very short walk from the Beachclub too.More
Fabulous grilled mackerel! If you're not sure what to order this is your best choice. Olive oil is so good that you could eat it with some bread as a main course. Great service. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Another meal out from Neilsons. A great family run restaurant, good atmosphere, busy with locals and tourists. Once inside you don’t notice you’re near the road. The menu is limited but food was really good. The house white wine was fabulous. Seems more “genuine” and...down to earth. Would definitely recommend.More
We went here from Alana beach resort - on a non inclusive night.
Very easy , quick walk.
Booked a table over the phone , reception would also book for you.
Food was rustic but very well cooked.
Vegetarian platter was very tasty .
Calamari...was good too .
Great wine - served chilled in a carafe .
Lots of locals and mountain rescue sitting in restaurant eating or having a beer .
Great value less than £40 for a family if 4. Plus complimentary cheery brandy !!
Only take cash .More
