We were a group of 4 adults and 2 young kids and our booth was a bit cramped in tabletop space. Have eaten here a few times. The seafood, tacos, nachos and salads are all good. Everything is seasoned, but no problem if you don't want seasoning or if you prefer it on the side. The view from second floor is always great! You can sit...outside along the beach or inside, if you prefer. Was very windy and chilly 1 day, asked waiter to close window, he said he'd have to ask, and never came back, (it was so windy items were blowing off the trays they were carrying)! We are long time locals and have finally been able to get back to the beach today after two years! Many restaurants do not make reservations and have a long wait so today wanted to try" Crabs on the beach". We asked to have a...view with a breeze and that is exactly what the hostess gave us.! (FYI Crabs has several levels indoor and outdoor, some on deck with umbrellas to chose from... all with views of the beach) When we arrived at our table everything was organized and clean. We were seated upstairs and served by Cindy who is awesome, knows the menu, listened to what we wanted! The menu makes you want a little bit of everything and she was able to help us navigate with our selection. We ordered a shrimp basket (comes with FF and sweet slaw,) crab balls , and local Irish red brew. While you are waiting for your order they bring out free honey buns which are very good! Great time and food. This place is huge w/ indoor and outdoor seating and a large upstairs area overlooking the gulf. Wait time for brunch was minimal and service was avg. Food was great. Honeybuns and fried potatoes were very good and well seasoned. Bloody...Mary’s were tasty and only $3.More

The beach atmosphere and the view of the ocean was incredible. The fresh seafood and the attentive service was excellent. We eat out and travel extensively, and we are critical judges on restaurants, and this was a great find in Pensacola Beach!

Great place right on the beach to have a great meal. Lot of choices and the staff was friendly and helpful. On a Friday night, during Happy Hour, we only had to wait 15 minutes for a table with a view of the beach. There...is also an elevator if needed to get to other floors. I am a beach local and always review as this is how we find those "gems" when out of town. Crabs has an excellent view of the Gulf. It can be hot when eating, so select seating accordingly. I would not recommend sushi when it...is warm or hot out, just yuk. The food is served in large portions, good for hungry patrons. The Fireballs are good but SUPER rich and the Spinach Crab Dip is good though they could upgrade the chips/crackers/etc to go with....Service has been great lately, Ty is excellent at the Bar. Glen in management is also excellent if you need assistance. The Portion of Seafood Nachos is Impressive. Brunch is great and the bushwhackers are the best on the beach. Give it a try!More

We stopped in for a light lunch to keep us full til dinner. Sam was our waitress and she was amazing! She was kind, friendly and engaged with our son. Food was great and service outstanding!
