Our first time here. The atmosphere is lively and fun and the food was excellent, especially the fried grouper (and I usually don't eat fried anything!) We would definitely go back.

Amazing atmosphere with great service, get here early as this is a popular local hang out for drinks and dinner. If you arrive late try the 3rd floor bar area you may luck.out and get sits, check around the corner where they shuck the oysters cozy table for two hid back there. The drinks can pack a punch and you... More

My friend and I brought our teenage sons on a mother- son trip to Pensacola Beach. We both spend a lot of time in the coastal south area, and know what to expect from a casual seafood restaurant. We arrived at Peg Legs around 8:00 pm on a Monday night, and the place was packed! It was hopping, a musician... More

The food and drinks were great. Only bad ding is how long it took to get our food. In their defense it was busy.

Good food, good vibes! BEST baked oysters I've ever had. Try the jalapeno and cheddar oysters! Fun place for kids. Relaxed atmosphere.

Best seafood around!! Menu has plenty of options, fresh seafood, laid-back/casual environment, and kid friendly. Onsite playground, and marina (if you're coming by boat). Love the dock seating where you can enjoy a cocktail and hang out for a while, and the kids discovery area where kids can observe any sea creatures they catch in the provided nets. As a... More

We were seated during a quiet lunch service. We really enjoyed it- server was extremely nice. We had the steamed oysters- perfectly steamed with great cocktail sauce, but the oysters were a bit gritty. Also had the gumbo- not too great, first time I ever left behind gumbo- it was not horrible, just not good. Salad was rather lackluster- but... More

I have been going to Peg Legs for years! It is a fun place to go for the whole family. I have spent a lot of my life in Pensacola and we always find it the best fresh fried or grilled seafood. Oysters are also good. Their gumbo is the best. Yes, it can be crowed during summer and holidays... More

First time wait was 2 hours so I left. Went back and waited 30-45 minutes. Ordered grilled mahi mahi. It was tough and dry. The veggies were delicious.

Peg legs is a great place to eat. It's almost always busy so expect a wait. I recommend the Cajun shrimp, oysters on the half shell, and the grouper sandwich. They also have very good gumbo.
