The restaurant looks like an old style, nostalgic cafeteria and might give a bad impression at a first glance. I had some spicy chicken wings and my wife some kind of burritos and we were really suprised by the food quality since it was exellent. The lady who served us was very kind and gave us some hints about the... More

We stayed on property so the Pioneer Grill was on our radar for meals. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings, hot coffee, good eggs and TERRIFIC FRENCH TOAST !!! Bison burgers were a must for our first night's dinner and we enjoyed them 100%. The French fries were spot on too. Milkshakes were on the agenda for us as well and... More

I had the Thai chicken wrap that had no chicken in it but plenty of coleslaw and spice---not a good choice at all. My husband had the Salmon BLT which was good. Seating is at a bar and the service is ok but it didn't change the fact that I had a meatless wrap that was not edible.

We love this place. We have eaten here several times on our trips to Grand Teton National Park. My husband loves the french toast and I enjoyed the pancakes. They also have huckleberry pancakes. We enjoyed the diner style and service was great and fast. We look forward to eating here again on our next trip!

We had lunch here in October and I ordered the marinated Portobello mushroom steak. Now I expected it to be steak and mushroom but I was WRONG! It is a huge Portobello mushroom slice literally. It is wider and thicker than a burger with delicious cheese and sauce and aragula lettuce on a bun .There is no meat but it's... More

My husband and I arrived too late to go to the Mural Room, so we thought we'd have to "settle" for the Pioneer Grill. Well, that was far from our experience. The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu was much more varied than we expected. My husband had the Turkey Hen Melt sandwich twice, the second time for... More

We all ordered burgers that were good but very greasy. They came with fries and were reasonably priced although it is counter seating rather than tables. Our server was not very good but seemed young and shy.

I guess the trick here is to come early before the crowds. We walked right in for lunch (at about 11:30AM) and had excellent service. Food was quite good. Enjoyed breakfast the following morning at 6AM (right as they opened) and were the only people eating at that ungodly hour! They had some great pastries for breakfast. Very personable servers... We took a side trip to Grand Teton National Park, for a break from hiking the geysers at Yellowstone, and a definite change of scenery. We had stopped at Coulter Bay to use the facilities and do some souvenir shopping. I was hungry, so I asked if the restaurant there was good, and they told me if I wanted a... More

We are breakfast at the Grill. My husband had a burrito and I had French toast with bacon. The food was very good. The service was quick and friendly.
