We always love to eat the trout dinner at Signal Mountain! But, of course, the view is the BEST! Love it.

This is the resorts' top dining experience. Except for the views, every aspect of this meal was at best disappointing, and at worst a very bad experience. First, while advertised as fine dining, it was little more than Denny's. Second, loud awful music blasted through cheap speakers, making impossible to converse. Perhaps it was designed to expedite indigestion . Third,... More

We ate here because there was a long wait at Trapper Grill, I was worried with kids this would be too fine of dining. But it really wasn't, more casual than I would have expected from descriptions. Food was good for both kids and adults. However, while we were there, there was a back up at the grill and it... More

Our last night at Jackson Lake Lodge, we drove over to Signal mountain Lodge for a delicious dinner at Peaks. Fine dining, yet not dressy, lakeside with huge windows, delicious menu and good service. Great bar next door, and regular restaurant. Need reservations. I'd go back again! Oh, there is a huge moose head hanging on the wall!

The Peaks is very comfortable with a sophisticated air. The menu offers a good range of local dishes and there is a nice wine list which includes surprisingly good house wine from Jackson. The view is exceptional; nothing beats sipping good wine in pleasant surroundings while watching the sun set.

We drove here twice once during the day and saw wonderful wild flowers and butterflies and great views of the area. During the drive up we saw a sage grouse and fox near the road. On our second trip up, we traveled at sunset and were rewarded with great colors and storms moving in around us. Just wonderful.

We stayed at the Signal Mountain Lodge for two nights and dined at Peaks the second night. It was okay. We actually thought the more casual restaurant had more selections for us. I had the Alaskan halibut and my husband had a steak. It was okay, not worth the money we paid.

After lots of terrible food in both parks (Yellowstone and Grand Teton), we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. The service was great and the view of the Tetons is amazing!

Quite a popular place so had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table but well worth waiting for. Nice menu and food was good. We had a table out on the balcony with a lovely view of the lake and the mountains in the background. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our meal here. The small plate Mac n cheese was good. It was not very warm but they brought us new hot dishes upon request. Sirloin was good as was the burger. Prices were a little high as they are in all the lodges "fancy" restaurants. Service was friendly and attentive.
