Good Back-up Plan

Colter Bay is set-up for making your own meal but if you are running late, or in a hurry, the Cafe Court will satisfy your needs. Standard fare at expected pricing level (think ski lodge).

We stopped for lunch at this location. There is a limited menu that is cooked to order, so it takes a little while. There is indoor dining in a rustic room and water available at no charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was hot and good.

I loved the chili, the pasta, the burrito and the service. Our server was from Russia and she was very nice. She went out of her way to get me chili when they were just opening and it wasn't ready yet.

We were looking for a quick lunch, so we stopped here. It was certainly adequate for lunch. You order first, and they give you a block of wood with your number on it. You pick up your drink and pay, and the food is brought to your table. We had wraps that were generous in size, and tasted good. The... More

I found the fare to be simple yet healthy and very satisfying. And the price was better than most offerings within the park. Efficient and cheerful service also helped me to gladly give the highest rating. For sandwich or other light fare, this is the place to eat at colter bay.

For the price it was perfectly fine. It was a typical mediocre park dining experience. My step mother hated it. Her grilled cheese was two pieces of toast with cheese in the middle and she had some pretty scary fruit. I had broccoli and cheese soup which was pretty tasty. Every else had burgers and fries which they were happy... More

We ordered vegie wraps and they put so much hot sauce and pepper in it that we could not eat it. Vegetarian does not mean that it is boring so you need to spice it up. Expensive for what little we got.

This was a great find during our trip to Grand Teton National Park. The restaurant has a limited wine selection but their choices are first-rate. And we had a delicious trout dinner.

Good food and value for the location. Prices and quality were better than Yellowstone. Very good service and location.

Food was good, large servings and well priced given the location. The take out system is a bit strange. You order at the front desk, get given a big block of carved wood then head to the cashier to pay. Then later on a server comes and brings the food to you. I was standing by the cashier & there...
