We had reservations fro 630 pm for dinner, we were given a buzzer. It went off about 635, which wasn't bad. We ordered burgers and fries for the kids and I a full rack of ribs which were a lil overcooked but still tasty. My wife had Penne with Shrimp. which was more like a soup, and bland, it was... More

The view can't be beat. We only had breakfast here and it was just ok, nothing special. We expected more.

I realize they have to truck the food in a far distance, but it's sub par. Well, some things are very good. GOOD: Arrived at 9:50 am for breakfast and was seated and ordered by 9:55 am. They close at 10:00 am. I appreciated that they didn't turn me away. ... If you say you're open until 10:00 am, you... More

Unbeatable view, but pretty good restaurant too. Went here for both breakfast and diner, and both were fine (to be honest, they would need to screw up badly not to be fine, given the view). Kids loved the breakfast buffet, while we played around the breakfast menu. Diner was really good, with plenty of attention from the waitresses

It was a special treat for my family to dine here after hiking the North Rim. Wine selections were good, as were the menu options-- for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Service was excellent. The canyon drop off was literally right outside our window, and we watched the most spectacular sunset I'll possibly ever witness.

don't miss. make sure you make a reservation. we only waited 15 mins past our reservation time because we wanted to wait for a table by a window. a table opened up one row in and that was better because some of the tables by the window offer no view because of a large post. service was fabulous and we... We had dinner twice at the lodge during our stay and made reservations a couple of weeks ahead (which we really recommend when you want to have dinner at a certain time). Service, food and the whole atmosphere were just great (only one time a vegetarian meal was not very flavorful, can't remember the name any more - it was... More

The location/ambiance is fantastic! The service was great, we had dinner twice in the Lodge and the waiters did a lot to make us feel at home and to serve the dishes the way we wanted it. However, the price of the food is above what can be expected for such a price. More than $30 for a Bison steak... More

We ate several meals here during our stay and enjoyed them all. The service was good and the menu offered a wide selection.
