The North Rim Lodge Dining Room has a great location overlooking the Canyon and sunset is spectacular. Reservations are a must or you may wait in an endless line. The menu has interesting selections including elk, venison, duck and the more normal entrees at a slightly high price (10 0z. Prime Rib was $30). The service was somewhat sporadic depending... More

All these places were great. The food prices were a bit high, but delicious. The sunset in the canyon was beautiful. We saw Elk and a mother dear with twin fawns. We even took the train ride from Williams, AZ.

Kiosk ordering is not something I'm a fan of. Our order was taken by a nice young lady. Service was slow and sandwiches were dry. Cafeteria style seating.

The dining room for the North Rim facility, it offers standard food items with a local flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Given the number of visitors to the park and staying at the lodge, even with reservations, seating can be slow. Service was prompt and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, for fine dining. For breakfast, it... More

The dining room is huge & offers fantastic views of the canyon as well as beautiful architecture. Wait staff are friendly & very helpful. The salmon over cilantro rice was delicious. You will need a reservation if you want to have your evening meal here. No reservation was needed for breakfast, where you can fill up at the breakfast buffet... More

Enjoy a great view of the area, professional pleasant staff, excellent food, in a relaxed elegant atmosphere, what more is there to want? This is as close to the perfect dining experience as I could ask for.

Before Exploring the Grand Canyon to photograph I ate at the Grand Canyon Lodge in the National Park. The Lodge was constructed right above the Grand Canyon so when you walk aside you are already in a perfect photographic location. For breakfast I had lumberjack pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fruits on the side and coffee and orange juice. This was... More

Once again, you are a captive audience at this restaurant (as in other restaurants in the Grand Canyon), so the prices are a bit steep. The food is really good, and the portions are good. There was a special appetizer that night. It was an artichoke dip. It was REALLY yummy and a pretty big appetizer. Some people in our... More
