The food was fresh and locally sourced. The cutthroat trout was not only delicious, it was also beautifully served. The veggies were cooked to perfection, and tasted as if they just came from the garden.

Our food was good and the service was speedy. We had a late lunch. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We had the pulled pork sandwiches which were delicious. This is the only place we could get internet so we came back later for our own happy hour so we could check our mail.

The food here is very good and they are open after 8PM, a refreshing change. We stopped in one evening for coffee, ice cream and one of their several choices of homemade pies. They are located just two doors down from the Belton Chalet and the only restaurant within close walking distance. We had a breakfast the next morning and... More

The title says it all. After a wonderful trip on the Trail to the Sun Drive, we stopped for a late lunch. Had we known that there were lots of choices about 5 miles further down the road, we would have kept driving. After a day out of contact, we looked forward to catching up with messages and were disappointed... More

It's a small restaurant and has a limited menu. It is convenient for the rising Sun motel and really the only one for the motel unless you want to drive to another restaurant. The service was good once you got in.

The food was good. Two of us ordered the lamb burgers. It was a nice combination of flavors. The other one ordered the Buffalo sausage and it was good also. We would have ordered the trout but we got there before they started serving the dinner menu at 5pm. The huckleberry riesling was hmmm good!

We had lunch there twice. The food was real good. The people were real nice. We discovered Huckleberry Soda there. I never knew I like cream soda.

Imagine when you walk into a restaurant and the hostess seats you, you first ask for a clean drinking glass because the one on the table is covered with milky water spots and then you ask for a fly swatter because there are about a dozen flies buzzing around the table. (I got the clean glass but not the swatter.)... More

We had a mid-afternoon meal at this place while visiting Glacier Park. We were disappointed at the quality of the food (so-so) and were amazed at the prices. A pork sandwich, bison sausage and a single beer was almost $30.00 US dollars. There is wi-fi on site, but it is only available to hotel guests who are staying at the... More

When you stay "in the park," it's a long way to the next restaurant once you skip this one, which is at St. Mary's Lake. So you figure, "I'm trapped." Be prepared for a surprise....wait-staff is very well-trained and responsive without being pushy -- menu features, among other delights, the best trout we've ever eaten. Prices are very reasonable. And... More
