quickly seated, great pizza menu, full bar, rustic setting, great service, excellent pizza. When your done, step outside and take a pic of the mighty mountain in front of you.

We stopped here for dinner after, "following the moose". What a surprise! The setting is lovely. The food is excellent, and the service is more than hospitable. We were served the most delicious cracked wheat bread made fresh daily on site. Our server even gave...us a generous sample of potato "frittas". I would definitely return here. And I would highly recommend this place.More

When you are way out in Denali sleeping in a cabin, this place makes it all better. Great soup, scallops, fillet and wine take you away in a great setting with good staff. We didn't sit outside but you can. Inside is cool. Nice job,...Perch!More

This place is down a gravel road behind a pizza place, and doesn't look like a special place, but this food is amazing. We had lamb ragu (a don't-miss-this if you like Mediterranean food), and mushroom risotto (yumm), and a wonderful side dish of creamed...brussel sprouts. Everything we ate was terrific. Highly recommend whatever they're serving for dinner when you get here.More

We had a birthday party dinner with seven people and we all loved it! Delicious food from scratch. Fresh and delicious salads. A great menu with diverse options. It has a relaxed, comfortable feel to the place yet topnotch food. I especially loved the chowder....We needed food for breakfast the next morning so we bought some ginger scones to go. Oh my! SCRUMPTIOUS! We were all surprised at how reasonably priced it was considering the quality of the food. The server was wonderful. She knew the menu and was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend the Perch and will return on another trip to Denali.More

The Perch is a food lover's dream and quite a find in the Alaskan wilderness. Warmth and quality pervade this wonderful restaurant. We liked the open kitchen, the genuinely friendly staff and owner (who was always present), and the lovely, well-maintained dining room itself full...of interesting and thoughtful details. The food is imaginative, artful, and very well-prepared--as good as it gets in any award winning restaurant around the world. We ate there twice and would have even more if our stay in Denali had been longer. Don't miss The Perch!More

We ate here on our second night in the Denali area, and asked if we could share a meal, as neither of us were very hungry. We shared a meal of scallops which were delicious, plus I had a cup of chowder and my husband...had a salad. Very good, and just the right amount. Oh, and the homemade bread was amazing.More

Food and recommendations by Lauren were on point. Ranch dressing with spruce pieces. Spruce tips in the scallop sauce. I asked Lauren, who does that? She said the Chef. They use the items they have available. The crab and scallop chowder was amazing. All desserts...made in house. Highly recommend this restaurant. Wish we lived closer, we would be regulars. Outdoor patio in the trees is a beautiful area. Hazel the greeter with her red ball was a nice touch.More

We started with the homemade bread and bruschetta. Both are excellent! The tomatoes in the bruschetta is from farm to table. The homemade bread is very delicious! The butter is mixed with herbs they grew. Rachel the chef is adorable! We have also tried the...Alaska crab and scallop chowder, wild mushroom risotto and the lamb ragu. The chowder is full of seafood. All portions are very generous. The lamb ragu has a good texture. Highly recommended!!More

I had a lovely rhubarb chutney on baked brie as an appetizer, freshly made pasta with a delicious rage sauce, and a very nice Merlot. Recommend sitting out on the deck for the stunning views while you eat! I want to return!
