Location and contact

The Perch offers you cozy, private cabins, hotel rooms and lodging near Denali National Park. Tucked into the woods and bordered by pristine Carlo Creek, our cabins offer you an Alaskan experience that is truly unique.Tree-top dining at the Perch Restaurant is a wonderful way to begin and end your day. The restaurant is “perched” atop a gravel moraine left by a glacier. Each of our 13 bay windows has a spectacular view of the Alaska range and it's many glaciers. Weather permitting, you can dine on our large deck, or just sit out in the sun and enjoy a cocktail while you wait for dinner.

This place is down a gravel road behind a pizza place, and doesn't look like a special place, but this food is amazing. We had lamb ragu (a don't-miss-this if you like Mediterranean food), and mushroom risotto (yumm), and a wonderful side dish of creamed...More

Food and recommendations by Lauren were on point. Ranch dressing with spruce pieces. Spruce tips in the scallop sauce. I asked Lauren, who does that? She said the Chef. They use the items they have available. The crab and scallop chowder was amazing. All desserts...More

I had a lovely rhubarb chutney on baked brie as an appetizer, freshly made pasta with a delicious rage sauce, and a very nice Merlot. Recommend sitting out on the deck for the stunning views while you eat! I want to return!
