Good but certainly not great. The first night there I had the mushroom pasta. Was OK but I was surprised to learn that they had no marinara/red sauce to bring to the table. Without something to add some flavor, it was kinda bland. Second night the restaurant was so full with a long waiting line we gave up and took... More

You are in the middle of nowhere here so the food was pretty good - service was slow but they were very busy - no where else to go. We ate here a couple times and would go back.

This restaurant suffers from a lack of competition. While I wasn’t expecting fine dining in Death Valley it was still disappointing. We were waiting to be seated for dining for over 10 minutes, while a number of staff walked passed us without even acknowledging us. You can perhaps excuse that if the restaurant was full but there were only five... More

This is the main restaurant in Stovepipe Wells. We ate here several times during our stay in Stovepipe Wells. Old movie posters from films that have had scenes shot in DV were cool -- Tatooine etc. We had no problem with service / servers were doing the best they could. Their stuffed date app was yummy, as was the Tortilla... More

Mediocre food. No wifi. Slow and bad service! Try to go somewhere else if you can. There isn't much else around, but if can manage to eat at Furnace a Creek, I would advise it.

Ate dinner here two nights in a row (no other choices in 'town') and found the staff both friendly and helpful with the service being efficient on both nights. The drinks were resonably priced but some of the mains (steaks in particular) were on the 'high side' so I can't comment on their quality. The wild mushroom pasta was particularly... More

We stopped at the breakfast buffet, your only option here, before visiting the Mesquite Flat Dunes that are less than one mile away. The bacon was good and crispy, but just about everything else was mediocre. Tasted like powdered eggs that were dry, the wateriest gravy for biscuits and gravy I've ever seen or had the misfortune of tasting, and... More

I have eaten dinner at this restaurant multiple times since I first started staying at the stovepipe hotel in 2005. Several years ago the hotel and restaurant was sold to the present owner and since then the quality has gone downhill. I assume they figure they can gouge the tourists since they will not be repeat customers. It used to... More

I went for the full breakfast buffet for $15(after taxes). I tried to eat as much as I can to get my money's worth. But,do not go there late. When you go to the cold cereal section, there was not milk. There were pancakes and waffles but no syrup. The dinner: you need to go early or you will have... More

Staff were great! Personable and professional. Prices reflect that you have no other option for a restaurant in the area. Food was adequate. Some items were quite tasty--the mashed potatoes tasted homemade and delicious. Others, just so-so.
