We were hungry after a long afternoon exploring Bryce Canyon NP. This time of year many of the businesses that cater to tourists in that area haven't opened for the season. One of the few options available for a meal is the Ruby's Inn. The hostess and server were very friendly and efficient. The food was delivered to the table... More

High volume of business seems to have led this establishment to over simplify their offerings resulting in average food. The hot food bar looked far too drab and unappealing - the salad bar looked (and was) fresh and good. The dessert consisted of 3 kinds of cookies and ice cream - Really??? Not much effort there. My wife had a... More

We had lunch here - our decision - chose the soup and salad buffet. All the food on the salad bar was very fresh, just lacked certain things I like on my salad....cottage cheese, fruit of some kind, and a roll or some type of bread. The vegetable soup was ok, just not hot...luke warm at the best. It is... More

We ate here recently after arriving at our hotel across the street at 8:30 pm. Our server was very efficient but the food is clearly for the masses. Wine and liquor list is limited but adequate.

Fast friendly service, good food, good prices. I would eat three meals a day here... it was that good.

We hiked about 10 miles in the park, and got back to Ruby's Inn about 8pm. The buffet was perfect for us. Very casual environment, quick service and decent food for the price.

By the time we decided on Ruby's Inn we were starving. There was quite a wait but it did not matter because we were eating there regardless. The food was delicious. There was a ginormous variety and the staff was nice.

don't do it. Go to the store and buy some food instead. Ruby's has created a whole town, meeting most needs. This was the only restaurant open in town and it was grim. Low budget buffet-style food at mid-range prices

We found out from the gas station across the street that there were no places to eat in Bryce National Park (in early March) and that this place (Ruby's) was basically our only option. So we stopped in for lunch. It is a dining room where you wait to be seated and we were happy to be out and stretching... More

They have a monopoly over the area, food is cheap - as in poor, carpets are dirty, just generally dirty and miserable in there. Wait staff were all lovely, they just have scabby bosses who apparently fire them in the low season, when probably there is no need because the place has a monopoly and makes lots of money during...
