The food here was very good, along with the service. Of the 3 parks we visited on this trip, they had the best food. There was more of a choice as far as not having to get the southwestern spicy dishes. It's first come, first served, but as we were starving by 530 we never had a wait.

The breakfasts were had were very well prepared. We ordered off the menu and spent approximately $30 each time not including gratuity. We dinner one night and my wife's salad was good but enough for three persons. This was a strange phenomenon we experienced in all the national parks in Utah in which portion sizes were always huge. I ordered... More

Went here for lunch after hiking all morning. I had the salad/soup/sandwich buffet which was really good. I like to pick what I want for my salad, so I think it's a good healthy choice. My friend had a burger and really liked it. Service was good, but did get a little slow once the dining room filled up, but... More

Good bread. I had steak with rice, beans and plantains. It was a good steak. Nothing spectacular. Worth getting just for the plantains. I had a lemon creme brule with strawberries for dessert. That was excellent. They told us the wait would be half and hour, but we got in in 5 or 10 minutes. After we sat down (shortly... More

We ate here the 3 nights we stayed in the park. Each night was better than the next. Good selection. The quality and service are beyond expectations. A special thank you to our server Linda P. She really makes you feel at home. Always a smile and goes out of here way for service.Highly recommend the restaurant.

We ate both dinner & breakfast here. Breakfast was fine, a bit overpriced, but considering the location it was worth it. For our evening meal we both ordered the bison stew, which was described on the menu as vegetables & bison meat in a hearty broth, with a cheddar biscuit. The biscuit was great. I will attempt to describe the... More

The charmingly rustic dining room at Bryce Canon features locally sourced and some organic foods. We enjoyed a spinach salad, bison stew and a vernal vegetarian entree. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. The servers were pleasant and efficient. There is also a wine and beer list. Reservations are not accepted, but there is a beautiful canyon to view while... More

We had a wonderful time, our servers were the nicest young people! The food was outstanding! From the Buffalo Stew with Cheddar Biscuit, to the Short Ribs with fresh green beans and garlic mashed potatoes. The Brownie with Vanilla Bean ice cream was the icing on the cake so to speak! Darn good "stuff".

There's always something special about dining in a national park lodge. The atmosphere and surroundings are usually more memorable than the food, but the whole experience is enjoyable. We had lunch here during a day trip to the park. Everyone had the lunch buffet, which had a nice variety of options. The food was good, and the service was excellent.... More

We spent 2 days visiting Bryce Canyon and ate here for dinner both nights. There aren't a lot of good quality food options anywhere near Bryce except for the Lodge itself. And the food is great! The Elk Chili we shared both times was the best chili we had ever eaten! Incredible! And you're a 3 min. walk from the... More
