Elk chili was very tasty and not greasy. Housemade french fries are outstanding. Trout was delicious with green beans and corn cooked perfectly and not overdone. The two waiters we had were top notch, energetic, smiled easily, the right amount of attention. Wine list was surprisingly good. Skirt steak with fried plantains - good dish. I see mixed reviews here.... More

We enjoyed our dinner so much that we came back the following day for lunch. The food was fresh and they offered some healthy salads and generally good food all around in a location where there are very few choices. They also had a decent wine list.

Elk chili looked interesting. Tasted like every other chili. Utah trout arrived lukewarm, just off the heating lamp. Green beans couldn't be cut with a knife. No iced tea refill offered, but that was ok since I wanted out asap.

Unfortunately there aren't many restaurants in Bryce and they all seem to offer below average food. We tried the Canyon Lodge for dinner and the food was way to expensive for the quality we were served. The dishes came out so quickly from the kitchen after we ordered that I can only guess they were cooked long before and barely... More

My family and I stayed at the BCL for a night , visited the restaurant , good food selection , prices were according to National Parks , however , our waitress (an elderly woman) gave us a mediocre service . This lady took our orders , drinks were brought by a young man from Turkey , also our meals .... More

We were greeted with warm smiles and friendly people. After only a 10 minute wait we were shown a perfect table by the window overlooking the grounds. The wait staff was so amazing and after offering irresistible selections our appetites overcame us and we went for the lunch buffet. It was delicious! So many options and all cooked to perfection.... Great for families (we were staying at Ruby's and the food there looked poor and was over-priced). Just inside the park - we were really pleased we decided to try it. Lovely pasta and good service in a good location. Enjoyed the trout too.

Had a delicious slow cooked short ribs with potatoes and fresh vegetables. Perfect after a full day of hiking. Classic and historic dining room in beautiful lodge setting.

Stopped in after hiking down Wall Street and Navajo Loop Trail. Delicious trout and local beer. Friendly and attentive service.
