We came across this place after turning down a number of other restaurants along the seafront - it was kind of our last resort for that evening. But boy are we glad we kept walking and came across this place. The food was very very...More

Made a point of seeking this place out for a first night. Pleased we did. A decent walk from our accommodation but so worth it. Lovely greeting, attentive friendly staff - just the right amount of interaction. Food was good as was the wine and...More

Excellent lunch at this quiet taverna, slightly off the beaten track, which made it even better....as no pedestrian traffic or road noise

Food very good, staff very friendly. Good choice of Greek dishes. Well worth tracking down as it is not in the centre of town but down by the port house. We all enjoyed our meals washed down with a shot of the owners own Raki.

We searched for a place to have lunch near the Zante port, as we were having a walk in the town. The good reviews on Tripadvisor made us stop at Ammos Tavern and we are glad that we did. We tried the red snapper and...More
