We decided to try this place based on recommendations from several Osaka travel guides. While the concept of a rotating conveyor belt where customers are free to grab any plate of sushi is fairly common coming from Southern California, we wanted to try it out...in Japan. We were quite impressed with the quality and variety of sushi available. Plates are color-coded so you know exactly how much you'll be paying per plate. The price ranges from JPY 100-500 per plate which is excellent considering the more premium types of sushi like toro (fatty tuna) or bluefin tuna came out to be a bargain compared to US prices. If you're concerned about sushi that's been sitting around for a while on the conveyor belt, or for the more premium types that don't come along as often, you have the option to order via the touchscreen pad at your counter seat. The place was quite busy when were there as it usually is, but the service was quick and friendly. We were even pleasantly surprised when we were paying as we got an additional discount for having the Amazing Osaka pass.More

I think that out of all the meals I've had during my trip to Japan, this was the most disappointing one. I came here with my brothers the day after New Year's and got there early before the dinner rush. We were seated quickly and...service was decent enough if you order straight from the menu. I can tell that the selection of food they had on hand rotating around wasn't as fresh as it could've been though. Some of them have been sitting around for a while even though the restaurant was packed. Once the plates start stacking up, it can get quite pricey too. I recommend going someplace else for your meal plans in the Dotombori area since you'll probably have a better experience elsewhere.More

This is the first time I've had blue fin tuna sushi and actually enjoyed, with each other time the cut being relatively disappointing. Despite a line outside, I was seated relatively quickly. The selection of sushi on the belt wasn't that big, but what was...there was enjoyable.More

Went here for the 7th time while we were in Osaka -and was looking forward to a some delicious fresh sushi, but left terribly disappointed as we noticed that the sushi items on the conveyor belt was dried up (probably going around the conveyor belt...for a while) and not fresh. We tried to order some items, but the worker we asked (a Chinese looking man) told us that we had to get our sushi from the conveyor belt. This was the first time that we were told that - as we always got to order from the menu - even though the item was on the conveyor belt. The couple next to us, also asked to order, but were told that they had to select from the conveyor belt. We selected several sushi items from the conveyor belt- but they were dried up - and not fresh - not like before. Very disappointing. Also saw a guy near the front entrance trimming a FROZEN fish fillet- so we know that they don't use fresh fish for all of their sushi items. If you've tasted fresh sashimi or fillet of fish before, you can tell what is fresh and what is frozen - and this time it didn't taste like before and we decided that we'll pay a little more to get fresh sushi items. Very disappointing - with the sushi and the worker (man) who was not nice or friendly at all. Also, everyone who ate there got the runs later that day - we all suspect that some sushi item we ate caused this.More

Two of us plus two small kids cost us 9,000yen for lunch. Sushi was super delicious. Great selection. Loved the creme brulee also!

Compared to conveyor belt sushi we had in Tokyo and Kyoto, this was just ok and even lacking. The salmon tasted good but connective tissue was unpleasant. Tuna was good. We also liked the tempura eggplant. The nigiri looked like it was slapped together with...no wasabi. In fact some pieces were not attached too the rice. The wasabi was in little packets, not fresh or good quality. There was a bleach smell where we sat - yuck. Maybe it was due to the loud dishwasher on the other side of a skimpy divider? We were on the second floor and as we were leaving we saw a much better selection of sushi on the first floor conveyor belt. We won't return.More

This is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant located at the busy Dotonbori walking street. There is always a queue even at 10pm. Price is reasonable. Plates are color coded according to price. We had a good time enjoying the food. It is recommended.

You can eat a variety of sushi here, and if you do not have a sushi on the rail, you can order it instantly. Taste and service are good places.
