Absolutely the place to go to in Shibuya/Shinjuku for ramen. The lines can get long and the place can get packed quick, but that's because the food is so good and people can take a while to finish their big bowls. Definitely worth checking out...More

Broth is made from chicken bones and fish (bonito?) although famous for their Tsukumen, I always go there for their Ramen. The ramen is less rich than the taukumen but still quite rich, flavors exploding in your mouth. You feel the need to finish your...More

Really good tsukemen with a deliciously flavorful dipping sauce that seemed to get better as the meal went on. The place is pretty well known and is patronized by both tourists and locals (and that is always a good thing), so expect to wait in...More

They serve a good ramen, but the tsukemen is extraordinary. Usually have long lines, but it is totally worth waiting for it. Can't miss restaurant in Tokyo

The dipping noodles were unlike anything I've had before. The noodles beautifully chewy, the broth intense and full of ingredients. Brings a tear to my eye just to remember it. So good we came twice!

Ordered the classic 1,000Y dipping noodles and chose large serving of noodles (which does not cost extra!). The thick dipping sauce was salty and very flavoursome. The egg was perfectly cooked. Noodles were perfect slurrping quality. You pay using ticket machine and then hand ticket...More

I’ve never tasted so much flavour in a single bowl of anything. It was simply magnificent. The wait is well worth it.

It's my second visit and again thoroughly enjoyed my tsukemen! Wife preferred her regular soup ramen but I preferred the tsukemen. The basic set contains everything unless you want extras. Went after 2pm on a weekday so just a short queue.

I think the meat is always pork, and they only have a limited menu of ramen and dipping noodles if I remember correctly, each with a regular and a special version, but no more options than that if I'm not mistaken.

Technically it's a mixture of fish and chicken based broth. I'm sure the chefs will be able to accommodate your requests, just buy the regular bowl and tell them to take out the pork belly for you.
