We went as a group of 2 and waited for about 30mins before we got in, but were told this would be the case when we got in line. When we got to the second part of the queue we were directed to a kind...More

Found this place online through a blog and decided to give it a try. When we located Ichiran, we realised that it must be seriously good as the queue was long. Not to be deterred, we lined up and eventually got made our way into...More

Had this ramen as the first noodle in Tokyo. The texture of the noodle as well as the broth was awesome. Recommended to try if you are in Japan! :)

The line is long but the ramen is worth it. The entire experience of eating your ramen in a private booth so you enjoy the ramen is awesome. Customise your ramen and suggest go for the extra pork.

Omg I heard so much about this ramen place but worried that it might not meet my standard, I was wrong! The broth was sooooo good. You got put in a single cell which is good if you are dining for yourself. I don't suggest...More

Been here a few times over 3 different trips, you can always expect great quality tonkatsu ramen from this place. I usually come for breakfast from my Shinjuku hotel and the time from line up to food being served is usually around 10 minutes.

Had our first lunch for 2019 in this restaurant. We arrived at half past noon and sure enough the line was insanely long. We decided to brave the cold temperature and waited more than 45 minutes outside and another 20 minutes inside. Staff were very...More

Well, long heard of it's hype and we queued for around 30 mins or so. The dining experience was an interesting one with no interactions with the server. As usual on the self-ordering machine, and was excited to try out the ramens. Choose the less...More

Had breakfast at Ichiran, sparse crowd. Super elated no q. You order your meal from the machine and tap tap off you go to the seating counter. One more step, mark your preferences and ring the buzzer. Service was brisk and out came. Piping bowl...More

Ichiran is a well known and well respected ramen chain. The Shinjuku location is incredible. First, you select your meal options from the vending machine. Then, you take a seat in this booth / bar counter hybrid. It has walls that give you privacy as...More

Sorry. I called the wrong restaurant. This noodle shop is pork based.

I don't think so. I went to their website and it only says the soup is from the pork-based broth. If you are allergic to any dairy products, I highly recommend you to check with them before eating them. It is more safe!
