Great soba and wonderful ambience. The soba with duck was excellent. For an additional $15, the tempura was well worth the price and had shrimp, fish, soft shelled crab and vegetables. Most seats are at communal tables which helps seeing what others are ordering. The...More

Cold soba noodle and hot duck soup - Yummy! The soba is fresh and chewy. The soup and duck breast meat is tasty. The tempura is good too.

Short walk from the Westin hotel lies this hidden gem. Itasoba has a very small menu centered on soba and boy was it good. We ordered the thick cut soba and this was served to us in a large wooden tray. I had mine with...More

Such a quaint, charming and authentic Japanese restaurant. The signboard has no English at all, we only relied on Google Maps to get to where we were. Boy were we in for a treat... ordered the basic soba that comes with tempura and it was...More

We only had to waited 18 minutes to get a seat inside this very cool establishment. The soba meals was more then enough for one person but we couldn’t resist the tempura either. We loved every minute of it.

Highly recommend it. They have an English menu. Select the thickest noodle as that seems to be the standard. I got the soba plate with tempura assortment - more than enough for one person. Will go back.

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
