For us this was the best coffee we found in the whole of japan and we visited it daily during our 5 days in Tokyo.

The best coffee we've had in Tokyo (so far)! The pour over was a bit pricey, but well worth it. The cronuts are also delicious.

I went for a Tokyo cafe hopping, and The Roastery has the best coffee in the city. They take their coffee extremely seriously. You can see the staff at the back always testing new beans, taking notes, and sharing opinions between themselves. The place has...More

Right on Cat Street a few hundred meters from the main Harajuku Avenue, the Roastery is a trendy, upscale coffee house (bottle beer also available). The price goes along with it. The taste much better than the ubiquitous S. Worth a sip if you are...More

Stopped by at the recommendation of a coworker. We had a cortado with the Colombian and a latte with the Burundi. Delicious! Staff is super polite and helpful. The back has a neat pour over and cupping area. For anyone who cares, The espresso was...More

Nice coffee shop, not easy to be found. Worth to try, they also have a soft ice cream. There's restaurant above the coffee shop. And many nice brand and shops in the same street.

We came to this place while enjoying the shopping street. We ordered one coffee and one coffee porter. This was one of the best cups of coffee that we had in Japan. And the beer was excellent. The roastery is fantastic and the smells are...More

Great place to chill after some shopping. Great coffee and they do these really delicious things called a ‘Cronut’, mix between a croissant and donut. Just v cool establishment and staff are friendly and happy to speak in English.

We were here at about 6pm and there were so many choices for pastry left. We got a latte and coffee. All the big tables and chairs were all taken by people with laptops, the rests were very tiny but it wasn't a big deal...More

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
