A nicely laid out Italian eating place perched on the second floor just as you enter Takeshita Dori in Harajuku. The service is really fast. Good place even for vegetarians. The preparations are also good. Highlight is the open kitchen ensuring transparency.

We stumbled on this Italian restaurant right in the heart of Harajuku by chance. It was hard to find a child friendly restaurant in the area, we almost gave up and decided to settle down at McDonald's when we saw the little signboard and the...More

We found ourselves in stop-and-go foot traffic on Taskeshita-dori and it was overwhelming to say the least. Finding La Pausa which was up some stairs was nice because it got us out of the hub bub. Once there, staff were really attentive and were seated...More

I have always been a fan of pastas and pizzas. However if you happen to visit Japan, you should try their Japanese-style pasta. We ordered mushroom bolognese pasta & shrimp squid mentaiko cream pasta. They do have english menu if you ask for it!

The pasta was done to perfection and the pizza was savory. But the best thing is the service and the price! A good choice for dinner is you are shying away from japanese food after a while.

We'd explored Harajuku & opted for this directly above Mcdonald's on the main street simply because it was much quieter than everything around it! We went up the stairs and were greeted by a lovely girl that seated us & handed us English menus, however...More

A decent place to have lunch in Harajuku. Their food, mainly pasta, is fresh and tastes good, though nothing special. The set with free soft drink is a good value. Service is just average Tokyo standard: courteous, polite, efficient, but no emotions, no personality, very...More

Shibuya / Harajuku / Ebisu
There are countless opportunities to shop in the
Shibuya and Harajuku districts, especially in shops
that focus on Japan's "Kawaii" culture. The trendiest
areas are around Shibuya’s Center district, Harajuku's
Takeshita-dori and in Omotesando. If you need to
recharge from all the shopping, you can easily refresh
yourself in Meiji Jingu or Sasaki Park. In contrast,
Ebisu has a more grown up ambiance of calm and cool.
