而...More

One week of anticipation that one might find a real fish ‘n’ chip shop in Japan. I travelled after work from Tamaplaza in Kanagawa and arrived in Roppongi. Four to five minutes walk from the train exit and tucked into an alcove shop window, shone...More

Though not a huge area for eating, this is not a sit down, white table cloth dining establishment. Take away fish and chips can be eaten at tables with bar stools. The main reason for visiting is to eat fish and chips cooked in the...More

We chanced on Malins in a cold and windswept evening in the Roppongi area on our family holiday. Sure enough, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted at the sumptuously battered and deliciously done fish and chips (we had cod); as much as thrilled by the...More

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
