What a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, with such talented and attentive staff. In particular, the scallops, wagyu beef and lamb where huge highlights! The director Arn is a credit to the establishment - and provided us with great stories from his time in Tokyo and Scotland....More

Joel Robuchon's Atelier on Paris' left bank provided one of the finest lunches I have ever eaten, so it seemed a good idea to try the Roppongi branch. Whilst the food in the Tokyo branch was above average, it wasn't a 2 Michelin star experience....More

An excellent meal. The chestnut soup may be the best soup I've ever had in my life, rich and creamy. The entire meal was memorable, as was the excellent staff. Seating is mostly at a long counter overlooking the kitchen so you watch the staff...More

I had heard a lot about L’Atelier from friends and the Roppongi location is no exception. Everything on the degustation we had was simply exquisite. Incredibly made dishes but not incredibly try-hard or too clever for their own good. Just amazingly fresh ingredients expertly paired....More

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
