Great food, excellent service in english. Food was prepared under my eyes and it was delivered in no time! Vegetarian options were great, but meat section was unbelievable. Highly recommended!

種類たくさんあって、全部美味しかったです。 雰囲気もよい。値段は高くないです。 席と席の間のスペースも狭くないです。 There are many varieties of meat, vegetables The seats are not so crowded The price is not so expansive considering it’s on Roppongi area. Everything is delicious.

Close to Roppongi station but just off to a quiet side street. As other reviews mentioned it’s not touristy at all and had a great atmosphere. They have an English menu and the staff can speak enough. On to the food itself which was delicious....It’s always a pleasure to watch skewers being grilled over coals while sitting at a counter and this was no exception. From the chicken thigh to gizzard, mushroom, tofu, they were all tender and juicy.More

This wasn’t very touristy considering the location and was down one of the side streets in Roppongi. They specialise in Yakitori, which was excellent. The atmosphere was cosy and friendly.

Tucked away on a side street in Roppongi, we stumbled upon this amazing yakitori restaurant. We were sat at the counter while the chef prepared and grilled skewers on a charcoal grill right in front of us. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The...prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly (and speak a decent amount of English, in addition to the English menu). I highly recommend the chicken leg & scallion, the shrimp & shiso wrapped in pork, and the eggplant.More

Have visited several times. Food is excellent - good quality Yakitori. Ambiance is good. Its a small family run place, a little off the beaten track. Popular with foreigners.

When visiting Japan, people usually all have sushi or sashimi on their mind. Fresh raw seafood is yummy, but after a while, your tummy will want something else for a change, something still yummy, but cooked and homey. Kushimura in Roppongi is just such a...restaurant. To put it plainly, it is a BBQ place, although it has nothing to do with American-styled BBQ. It is charcoal grilled yakitori and kamameshi. Over s bamboo tube of cold sake, with chefs cooking right in front of you, rising smoke sends inviting smells to your nostrils as well as stomach, it is a dinner you will be content, comfortable and LOVE about. The family run place (father runs the shop with mother and daughter as serves) is extremely popular particularly on weekends night, packed! Make sure a reservation is made well in advance to avoid disappointment.More

Lucky enough to go here on the recommendation of two in our party who had lived/worked in the area some years previously and were regulars at that time. Since there were 9 of us we sampled a lot of dishes and I can honestly say...I liked all of what came out of the kitchen. Highlights - delicious succulent meats, golden corn, bacon wrapped veggies, meatballs... Lively atmosphere, lots of locals. It's down a small street by the cemetery but don't let that deter you!More
