Highly recommend for all eaters, including anyone with Celiac Disease and/or other food allergies or preferences (i.e. vegan). The staff was so lovely and the food was amazing. There was a wide selection of options with labels on the menu for additional allergies one may...have. I particularly enjoyed the dumplings, as it's a rarity to find gluten-free ones. The restaurant is easy to miss on the main road, so be on the lookout for signs and know it's up on the second floor. Thanks for a delicious and safe meal, GF T's Kitchen!More

I went here twice on a trip to Tokyo. The miso butter ramen was great (broth, noodles, etc). I also really enjoyed the vegan gyoza, even as someone without dairy restrictions. It’s very convenient to get here from the Tokyo Metro (maybe a 5 minute...walk) and it’s cute and comfortable inside. I found the prices to be super reasonable as well, I spent about $25 USD for an app, entrée and dessert. Employees are incredibly friendly and speak English well.More

Great little restaurant that is 100% gluten free. A wonderful find after many days of plain rice and salads for my gluten free family members. If you have celiac make sure you add this place to your lost!

Small, but great food and welcoming staff. Gluten free bread was fantastic. I stumbled across this place, but so glad I did. Chicken teriyaki Sandwich was spicy, but on the right side of hot. Tasty. Their beer choice was good too.

Although the prices are quite alot more than other gluten-free options in Tokyo, we decided to try it out as the reviews were so positive. However, we were really disappointed by the food we had. The shrimp and vegetable tempura consisted of two very bland...shrimp, with half a dozen or so flavourless and basically raw vegetables..the portions of okonomiyaki and yakisboa were also very small and the taste was missing. I appreciate that gluten-free food often costs more, especially in Japan where it is not so common, and for good quality food I am willing to pay, but I feel like the restaurant is exploiting those who have no choice but to go there.More

As someone who is celiac, eating out is quite hard. Everything here is gluten free and it taste so good and fresh. Definitely someplace I'm returning to and would highly recommend. They are even trying to spread the word about gluten free in Japan to...make it easier for people. Thank you so much for the food and the fantastic service.More

Being a coeliac, it was refreshing to find a completely gluten free restaurant in Tokyo! The pork dumplings and karaage were delicious and satisfying considering I haven’t been able to eat these foods in Japan. Although I didn’t eat any ramen, the ramen choices looked...great! Food is slightly expensive, however I guess it’s on par with other health food restaurants. I hope more restaurants in Tokyo begin to adopt gluten free!More

It was the most relaxed I had seen my mother in law during her whole trip in Japan. She didn’t need to worry about a thing at this restaurant because everything is gluten free. She enjoyed the Okinomiyaki and Sakura cake. She could even try...the rest of our meals as they were all GF. I had a vegan curry and it was delicious... I’m not vegan or GF. It’s was just really tasty. The pancakes were amazing too!! As we were leaving, the owner gave my mother in law some freshly baked GF cookies as a gift to take home with her. A small local business with a big heart and great food.More
