after a not so good shabu shabu the night before, this place blew me away with the quality of beef and level of service. great ambiance, good quality food and very attentive service. when i left the restaurant, the host, the manager and my waitress...walked me to the elevator and 3 of them stood there and bowed till the door closed. OMG Amazing service.More

Over priced and plastic tables. Food is a 7/10 price is 20/10. Outrageously bad decor and lousy advice from waiter

We had a very nice meal here. It took us a while one evening to find it. It is in the same building as Barneys, if that is a help. We made a reservation via our hotel prior to arriving in Japan and the restaurant...requested that we tell them our order so they could have all prepared upon our arrival. Some of us had sukiyaki, some had shabu shabu. We had a private room for our group of 9 and the staff, dressed in traditional garb, were friendly and very helpful. We started with a delightful array of appetizers, artfully presented. The meats and ingredients for the next course were brought to our table and cooked in front of us.More

I have a business trip in Tokyo, have Sukiyaki with Japan Beef and raw egg. Excellent food here. Have a traditional room, staffs wear kimonos.

I took my family of 5 to this restaurant. Although pricey, watching them cook the meal with such care and precision along with meat that absolutely melts in your mouth made it more than worth it. We all agreed that it was our favorite meal...in Japan. This location was in the basement of an office building, but once you find it - it was worth the search.More

Hands down, the best sukiyaki I have had in Japan. A little on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for.

I have never had sukiyaki served like this before. We ordered the special beef. Japanese beef is nicely marbled so this added to the flavor. We were first served just the beef in raw egg. Then came the rest with the vegetables and noodles. Actually...there weren’t a lot of noodles. The emphasis was on the beef. Unlike the way Sukiyaki is normally served in the Philippines with the egg broken into the broth, our egg was in our individual bowls. It was a treat to have it prepared at our table. Our lunch included dessert. This was cherry blossom ice cream which was delicious. The next time we are in Tokyo, I would like to return to this place.More

Unique experience, private eating if you book in advance, you feel the traditional way of japanese eatery. Moderate taste but worthy experience

Went here after new year, so lucky to be able to try their "heavenly taste" beef! So recommend, but you need to book in advance! Otherwise I'm not sure you will get a seat if you just come that day.

Celebrated my birthday at our favourite sukiyaki restaurant. It was an early seating at 5pm as they were fully booked. Nonetheless a thoroughly enjoyable meal. We ordered the Hana set with top quality meat. Appetisers were great followed by a sashimi course before the main...event. There are many outlets in the city, all well located. This Ginza one for me was most convenient with. One word of advice from prior experience - they will only seat you at the allocated booking time so no need to go early. Enjoy.More
