I think it is operated by JA (Japan Agriculture Cooperatives) so that all the ingredients used in the restaurant are certified to be produced in Japan. Located on the 9th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, just next to the garden terrace, this place seems to be...very popular amongst Japanese moms with new born children. When we visited the restaurant was filled with baby strollers. The food was juicy and fresh, and the price, though not super cheap, would not break your wallet as well.
