Okay - we are in Japan. But seriously - this was the smallest tiramisu I ever had in my entire life. Paid 6€ - finished in 3 seconds. Not a very good equation. Wouldn’t come here again.

Just a warning they load your bill with 10% service charge and another 8% tax which will bump you bill way up. It's a bit over the top for what you get though the food is ok. The pizza was small but done well. Great...avocado prawn salad. The fish of the day, again small but very well prepared. The crab risotto was a bit tart and too small. The recommendeddesserts were big and looked great but were mainly light sponge cake and creme. They looked better than they tasted. If the taxes and charges were not involved, it'd be ok and I'd return, but we paid 13,400 for a light meal for 4 including 2 small beers and 2 house wines. I suppose that's expected from a hotel restaurant.More

You come to eat in Osaka so don't get bent out of shape with the selection. What they do offer is good enough.

We fancied some non-Japanese food, so went here for pizza. The pizza was small by European standards, but it tasted like an Italian pizza, which was good. Service was good. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant which could be off putting.

Genuine Japanese breakfast with a modern addition, with some western dishes. Love experiencing a culture right from when you wake up. Thanks to the warm and friendly wait staff.

Though a bit on the more expensive side, if you're looking for a nice dinner - something different from what the traditional Japanese eateries outside offers, head to Barkt in Holiday Inn Namba. We had a Wagyu steak, lamb racks, a pasta and a pizza...which was all up to fine dining standards. Almost gourmet-worthy. Ambience can be romantic for couples or just cozy for us family of four. Portion though are not too big if you are very hungry but we found it just perfect for us.More

I knew that New Year's Eve was going to be busy in Osaka so I reserved here a month before because the restaurant is in the Holiday Inn building where I was staying & I was arriving after 7PM. I got an email in Japanese...that translated to "Received your email, we will reply, do not respond to this email". Nothing happened so I phoned from Kyoto the day before but no one could speak English. I got one of the desk staff at my Kyoto hotel to ring & he was told yes everything is OK and there is a reservation. I had my doubts by then but I was very pleasantly surprised. There was a menu in English, the food was very good & the staff were cheerful & helpful. I didn't come to Japan to eat Italian food but it was very interesting & enjoyable to experience the Japanese/Italian fusion.More

Italian cuisine in a very stilish environment. The waiter who served me not only speaks good English, but he really let me feel home. I did not get any primo piatto nor pizza, but the salads and the meat where amazing! You can even find...bread!!! MicheleMore

I sent an email to the hotel and wanted to book a surprise cake for my friends who just got married and gonna stay in this hotel. I stated clearly that I'm their friend and I will pay for the cake with my Visa card...in the first email and I wished to see a reference image. No reply and I sent one email again . They sent me the reference image I asked for finally whilst they asked me to hurry up to place an order. (Yes, they used the word hurry up). I confirmed right away that what flavor I need, what time to bring in the cake and my Visa card details. Then no response for 3 days. I had to send an email again to chase whether the order has been placed. They came back to me and asked AGAIN what time to bring in the cake and told me to PAY IN CASH upon check out. Oh my god. At this point I'm just at the boiling point. It has been the same receptionist replying to all these emails and for god sake, i told them since DAY 1 that I will pay with my credit card and I'm making a surprise for my friends. How on earth she doesn't pay attention to all these. They can simply tell me in their first reply that They can't accept my payment. Is it really hard to do so???? I wasted 1 week emailing with the receptionist and now I'm not able to find another solution to make the surprise for my friends because time is too tight now. Holiday Inn , this is the summary for you to review your front desk customer service: 1) slow response and repeated questions 2) terrible wordings in email 3) doesn't pay attention and doesn't understand the customers' needs at allMore
