We had early dinner at Hyotan Sushi in Solaria Stage. We queued for around 20 minutes. Though the sushi is fresh, the menu is somewhat limited. The prices are also similar to other kaiten sushi which has more varieties.
This branch of Hyotan Sushi that does the conveyor belt style is in the basement of Solaria Stage. You can access it from the Tenjin Underground Mall.
When we got there about 10.30am (half an hour before opening time) there was already a queue, which...More
Came here because of trip advisor review. Felt Sushi was average and price on high side for conveyor sushi. Can get better cheaper conveyor sushi else where. There are many Japanese having sushi here and they know how to order what is good instead of...More

Hands down- best sushi I have ever had. Can't beat the experience either, especially because we had never been to a sushi go round restaurant before. We would go again and again if we ever make a trip back to Fukuoka.
Went again yesterday for lunch. We were early to wait in line at 10:40am and there were already over 15 people waiting in front of us. It's the Golden Week so not a surprise. They opened right on time and we managed to get into...More
