We enjoyed a delicious meal here, great pizza, attentive and prompt service, house wine was nice too. At the end of our meal we enquired about a taxi as we had enjoyed quite a lot of their food and wine, and the restaurant very kindly...offered to drive us up the hill to our airbnb. Traditional pizza, home made, delicious, and quickly served, same goes for the tiramisu and please treat yourself with some of their great aperol spritz! We visited this trattoria with high expectations regarding their pizza. I have to say they exceed them with their food. The quality of the used products is great, so is the pizza dough - thin, perfectly crispy, a really fine combination. Also the service is...superb, they really know their menu, they are friendly and make you feel ar home. I highly recommend you try it when your around San Siro by the bank of Como lake. Take your family and friends, I’m sure you won’t regret it!More
We recently went to this restaurant for the second time after three years. It is still great. The pizza is excellent with perfect crust and there are many options, including those with an egg in the middle. The beer on tap goes well with the...pizza. They do take reservations and the place gets crowded. The staff is helpful and have a good sense of humor. To use the bathroom you have to cross the street and go into a garage.More
My husband and I were staying Menaggio with a hire car and decided to explore the coast of Lake Como, stumbling upon Rezzonico and it’s lovely views. This restaurant is just down the road from the castle and was our favourite of the holiday, family...run, friendly, and delicious food! Our first visit we both had pizzas, (such choice!) and tiramisu and pannacotta with berries for afters, yummy! The waitress Tamara could speak fluent French and English as well as Italian and made us feel so welcome (unlike some other restaurants we experienced in the area!) that we returned for our last night. She gave us the best seat in the house and we watched the sunset over the amazing views! She also explained the rest of the menu to us so that we could be a bit more adventurous and tried some of the lake fish on their specials, I had an amazing one called Persico (which I think is perch) in sage butter, divine! This was followed up by home made semifreddo, an absolute delight! If we ever return to Lake Como we will make a beeline for this place, thank you for two wonderful evenings!More
A small family run trattoria in a local village with few tourists. Good pizzas and wonderful pasta (one of the specials was tagliatelli with porcini), home made semifredo as dessert. Friendly service, one of the hostesses speaks fluently French and English, and nice view on...the lake. Small minus: the toilet is across the street in the garage, but this is negligible in relation to the price and quality.More
Really enjoyed this restaurant. Rezzonico itself is a beautiful village (find the beach behind the castle) and this family-run pizzeria is great. We had a delicious gnocchi made out of purple potatoes and then combinations of pasta and pizza around the family. All delicious and...the view is magnificent. Service was great too our waitress switching effortlessly between French, English and Italian as she served tables.More
Authentic family-run restaurant in the beautiful village of Rezzonico, with stunning views over the lake. Lots of fresh fish on the menu. We had a particularly charming and patient waitress who carefully explained all the types of lake fish we were not familiar with, the...different types of flavours and preparation (baked, grilled, fillet or whole...). The pasta was also delicious! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Very popular so advance booking is advisable.More
Pizza buonissima, proprio come deve essere. Accoglio molto gentile. Great pizza, tasted really good, exactly as it should be, and a kind welcome to us all including kids and dogs on a wet April Tuesday. Nice walk along the lakefront afterwards. Alla prossima!
Excellent pizzas, good wines, beers, fabulous views. The fact that this place is full of locals, combined with a very busy take away service is proof enough of the quality of the food. Recommended to us by our hotel, we have to agree that this...is one of the best pizzerias we have visited to date. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the size and quality offered. There are numerous fish specials every day and the fish coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled wonderful. Hopefully we will return one day to Lake Como and this will be on our list to visit again.More
Rezzonico is a very old village, outside of the tourist circles, so it is difficult to find a good restaurant. in fact I think this is the only restaurant, we were surprised by the very nice terrace on the lake. The food is local and...really good, a family run restaurant where you can try lake Como fish and other specialities including the "Missultin" (a local sun-dried fish...really different from any other lake fish you have tried)More
One of the few restaurants in the region. It has very good pizza. Fish is also good. Buffalo mozeralla as starter is delicious. Nice view too!!
The best pizza we had on our holiday, very reasonable prices too and a beautiful view of the lake. Get here early or make a reservation if you want to sit in the open air part. A must visit if you are staying near San...siro.More
