Very authentic Italian restaurant. Had Tortellini bolognese was absolutely as good as in Rome. Pizza was average. Good bit nothing special not enough mozzarella. Simple place which is nice. Smokers blowing smoke Al over which made eating a bit unpleasant. Would return just for the...pasta.More

Good value. Decent food. All the Italian standards. Not fancy and not gourmet, but we had a good meal and were very happy.

From the outside this doesn’t look amazing. But don’t be deceived. This is a great place. The food is top notch, delicious Italian. Broad choice on the menu and served super fresh. Lovely staff and service Recommended!

I know this place now about 40 years. You can eat spaghettis in all kind of various styles. Yesterday I order Spaghetti Puttanesca. I ask the staff to say SPICY to the cook. The result was not spectacular… The cook forget to put anchivies, salted...capres and somes leaves of parsley ! The taste was desapoited and nothing spicy… And when you leave the restaurant nobody say you thânk you… May be Paolo speaks only with his Italian customers ? A No Go !More

I should go here more often. Food was super. Both the pizza and the pasta were perfect. It's a hidden little gem that's been around for a long time. The pizza: Crust was tasty, well shaped, not burnt Sauce well prepared and toppings well spread...for an equal 'pizza' experience. Cheese plentyful and tasty. Pasta Where do I start? Heaven. Melanzana (eggplant) with I suppose fetuchini baked with cheese from the oven. Just perfect, smooth and dreamy. A party for the taste buds. Staff Friendly welcomed by owner. Male waiter very helpful, happy to arrange some special requests re condiments. Female waitress ensured drinks served promptly. Did forget cutlery with the pizza but who needs that when it's so delicious?! Better eat with hands. Ambiance: Typical / classic Italian restaurant as you would find in Europe with the red and white table cloth. Conclusion: 9/10 points. Thank youMore

We have been there yesterday, ordered ham and cheese macaroni and lasagna. A little bit behind us an Italian couple came in and they got their food served earlier than us. Total waiting time of 50 minutes. The food was good, only positive thing. The...owner is friendly, ONLY to Italians. If you are not Italian, the service will be less. I don't know if it has racist motives. Near the end, all these Italians who were in the restaurant received a complimentary limoncello, ofcourse except us. Would they see us again as we eat Italian alot? No, rather go to places like portofino or da puccio where food is at least as good or even better and a much better service.More

Ok it was a polling day in Thailand and drink any alcohol is forbidden. But the Cosa Nostra is a farang restaurant and have absolute nothing to do with thai elections! So Paolo want not serve me my red wine in a café cup. But...finally I become my café and a grappa in a separate small glass… No comments…More

Didn't go for over one year due to the Chalong traffic mess. It is now back to a 5 minute drive vs 1 hour + !! Food and pizza outstanding ! Warning - beer and wine is warm - how such a great Chef can...have such warm beer and wine is beyond me. Go figure. Plenty of staff but not the most vigilant so be prepared for the arm waving drill to get attention. A high rating due solely based on the food - soso service and warm beer are disappointments.More

I know this place - not easy to find - now about 20 years. You can eat spaghettis in all kind of various styles. Yesterday I try for the first time Spaghetti Puttanesca. That was a real surprise for me…I have always eaten Puttanesca in...Maggi’s old restaurant on Rawai-Beach, since she moved to Rawai Center. Now her Puttanesca only have the name, but contains no more black olives, anchovies and are no more spicy. So no more any reason to go so fare away to eat Italian spaghettis…More

I was in Chalong (Phuket) for dinner time and I wanted to try this Italian restaurant because it was recommended to me by friends. The restaurant is small but comfortable and with a very varied menu, with reasonable prices and affordable for everyone. I tried...a margherita pizza and my girlfriend spaghetti seafood. Then we had a sweet homemade tiramisu and a panna cotta. All very well ... incidentally when we asked for the bill the Italian manager offered us a coffee, we were satisfied and we recommend it.More
