Have eaten here many times in the past and enjoyed the food but on our most recent visit the restaurant was packed with tour bus passengers. The service for the customers who were not part of the tour groups was non existent. After half an hour my wife asked the manager when we would get the food we had ordered... More

I have been to Palai Seafood with friend and family for 3 adults + 1 child. We used to go there several times in the past and last time should be around 2 years ago. The good point of this restaurant is nice sea view but decoration is fair. The shock price for me is for black crab stir fried... More

I seldom give poor review but this place was bad.. pricy, lousy service and out of the way. Aircon room was warm. Service staff can't speak English Food is expensive and small portion. The only nice thing is probably the view, but there are many better places in Phuket with such views....

We chose this restaurant only one in Phuket***Palai Seafood Restaurant***for dinner with friends at the special day.The delicious fresh seafood at affordable prices with a spectacular sea sunset. Like most !!! Spicy Coconut Shrimp (Yam Yood Ma Praw On + Kung Sod)

Was taken here by a local. Doesn't look much from the outside and it isn't easy to find. But make the effort you will be rewarded with some of the best home cooked seafood in the whole of Phuket. Of particular note was the soft shelled crab cooked with black pepper - absolutely amazing: never had anything like it before.... More

I come to phuket ALOT so i have ate alot. Read abt palai and went to try out. Location was nice, right by the pier but food was v underwhelming. Service staff cant spk english at all so was a pain to order. Dishes were overpriced compare to alot of places. The 80B fried rice was the smallest ive ever... More

Highly rated restaurant. You can pick your own seafood from the basins to be cooked. Don't skip this step!! We did and what a mistake that was. Our fish was fried to death with only skin and bones. No flesh whatsoever. We love spicy food, to the tune of 5 stars in US; this place is so spicy that you... More

Great spot by the water. Food is great here. Traditional Thai food. Mostly Thai locals come here. The hummock is the best (fish custard cooked in banana leaf) sounds foul I know but try it!

Excellent traditional Thai seafood restaurant frequented by Thais for good reason, value for money, great food and service! We had soft shell crab in curry sauce, lemon squid, sam lee fish with cashew nut salad, and som tam (tradition spicy papaya salad) served with rice and with soft drinks and local beer for less than a single dish in the... Like the food and sea view. Location is unclear and hard to find. Food there is out of my expectation. Price is cheap unless you are keen on lobsters or tiger prawns.
