My wife wore a nice sundress and wedges while I wore docker shorts and a short sleeved button down shirt. I also wore my sandals.

Average dinner for my wife and I was about $60-$75 US. I enjoyed all of the choices from the Catch of the Day to the Steaks. Enjoy a drink before at the bar, wonderful and very relaxing.
