Atmosphere (5/5) The second you step out on the beach and see the fairy-light lit trail to your private cabana, your jaw will drop!! We were so amazed by the beautiful set-up. There was a lot of attention to detail from the flowers on the...pillars to the personalized billboard. Best of all, you have such a nice, unobstructed view of the beach and coastline. Highly recommend reserving during sunset! Food (5/5) We got the surf and turf experience along with a strawberry cake and everything was SO DELICIOUS. The best part of the meal was the array of sauces (literally catering to any taste palate. The beef and pork cuts are incredibly juicy and well marinated. The seafood was so fresh and melted in our mouths. Lastly, we loved the cake so much!! I'm personally a fan of cakes that are not too sweet and this exactly that. Service (5/5) Our server was incredibly attentive throughout the experience. She checked in with us at regular intervals (great timing cause it was usually when we wanted to order an extra drink). However, she was not hovering around in the background throughout the dinner so you're guaranteed a true private experience c: We also asked if we could eat our dessert inside after dinner and the staff went above and beyond to set up a beautiful fairy-light lit room (on steroids) with a heart shaped center to continue our truly romantic experience. I found this by looking on google maps for places near my hotel. It was a lovely place for dinner, the setting on the beach was lovely, depending on the time of year the view will change. We went in September meaning it was low...tide at sunset so you could see all the rock pools. We had a standard cabana as other options weren't available at the time. The staff got in contact quickly and also changed the night of our dinner due to the weather, they have an indoor set up if it rains but you want to be on the beach. The portions were very generous, we had the international menu and it was all delicious. It's part of the Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa, you don't have to be a guest there to go. They have a taxi desk if you need to return to a different hotel. We were looked after by Mam, Moo and Ice who were all very polite and welcoming, they will take photos for you and know how to take a great shot.
