So it’s a bit more expensive due to the location but the food was very nice. I had an entrecôte and my fiancée had the reindeer fillet. Topped off with a bottle of montepulciano and chocolate fondant for dessert it was a nice treat. What...makes this place are the lovely staff.
If you are lucky at lunchtime the mincemeat soup is delish!More
Since we stayed in a Kelo cottage on the hillside of this hotel we used this restaurant for our breakfast and for dinner during 4 nights.
The food served by the lovely staff was great, breakfast as well as dinner, we loved it every day....Warm and cold items during breakfast and semi buffet food (main course served at the table) for dinner.
For the last evening they served us (group) cheese fondue together with reindeer fondue...yummy yummy , daddy likes :)More
Fab cafe/bar at base of ski run Isosyote. Salmon soup was delicious, hot and hit the spot after amazing skiing on pure powder. Sweet potato fries a hit with kids and moose and reindeer burger on the menu for adventurous. Not busy just before xmas...and comfy spot right in front of blazing fire. Welcome haven after skiing in finnish afternoon (4pm) and already completely dark outside. No worries as we are toasty warm now and ready for more runs on those floodlit slopes...ahhhh...didn’t realise food was so good...so sorry no foodie photos...More

Unfortunately restaurants are...not the best quality in Syote area. At least on week 7. Never been here on weeks 8-10 or Christmas time when more crowd...More
Went one afternoon for a beer and a snack. There were plates and trays left on tables from earlier trade. The staff weren't all that helpful and I wasn't impressed with the beer. No local beer on draught. Decided not to eat and, as with...all the other places in the country, not cheap.More
