We all have our favourite baked goodies! And some bakeries really excel in certain things! It is great when the twain meet! We have just been north for our annual vacation, and part of that is visiting Henrietta's nearby. For years I have acknowledged their "milk tart" (Melktert to South Africans), which is as good as it gets, even by... More

We heard about this place from various people, including our guide during our canoe trip in Algonquin. It is the best bakery miles around and the various sandwiches and pies we tasted during our "glamping" trip made our mouth water when we approached this place. Everything inside looks good and you want to have a piece of everything (and with... More

Mostly great stuff. Sticky buns, Muskoka Clouds, Cobbler, rolls, etc. But the line can get to be 30 minute wait. The longer you spend looking at the delicious food the more you end up ordering! They do take debit cards , so never run out cash is not a problem.

Excellent bakery. The only problem is that it is so good that there is a lineup cleaning them out. The Brownies were excellent

This was our second visit to Henrietta's and it was as delicious as the first. This time we decided to purchase a few more items remembering how good it was the first time. Glad we did. The sticky buns are absolutely amazing (wish we would have gotten more) The pies are wonderful. They also had some sandwiches which looked incredible.... More

My first visits here were during the summer that it opened I think (1962). Current bakers and owners have a very long history here too. Great bread; great treats; deli sandwiches; a classic European styled bakery.

I have vacationed in Huntsville 2 years in a row and visit this bakery almost daily! People rave about the Muskoka clouds which are great but don't hold a candle to the mini pizza's, bacon cheese bows or stuffed croissants! Looking for something sweet, the chocolate chip cookies are moist and delicious, amazing sticky buns and butter tarts. Only problem... More

Stopped on our way to Algonquin and picked up a few things to try. Everything was delicious but our favourite was the peach and raspberry cobbler and the moose hoof. Will definitely go back!

fabulous sticky buns and Chelsea buns. Great selection of other homemade baking and sweets. Great coffee to go as well. Erika's is more a grocery store than a bakery. Wonderful meat. Very expensive however.

if you are driving on hwy 60 this bakery is half way between Huntsville and Algonquin. it is definitely worth stopping. I have been buying their bake goods for many years. Love the breads. They are famous for their sticky buns, muskoka clouds and are always selling out of their pies. At peak times be prepared to line up but... More
