Early morning coffee with brownie there decided us to have dinner there later the day. Happy we did, we had a greqt meal. Shared a tapas platter, (a single persons disch, but more than enough for us) Fish, meat, salads all great, fresh and well...presented. After a 15 minute break we also shared a 5 cheeses platter. Again all really nice and well portioned. Staff is friendly, professional and fast. Don’t miss Café K when visiting Hobro.More

We first visited Hobro and Cafe K a couple of years ago, and wanted a return visit. The food was excellent both times. Most recently we had the tapas and the salmon salad -- both great. The first time was rainy so we sat inside;...this time it was nice so we sat outside overlooking the Mariager Fjord, and watching the local residents stroll to the little theater next door to catch a play. The chocolate cake with berries for dessert was also delicious. It's Denmark so it goes without saying that the beer was really good as well.More

A very nice place by the harbour. Cosy atmosphare and a nice feel to the restaurant. The food was excellent, the service super. All you could ask for when wanting a meal. It's not gourmet style, but it taste great. You can get burders, snacks...and full dinners. Lovely place, I'll be back.More

Good atmosphere with quite an up-market feel with 1930's style jazz music playing in the background. Food very good and service quick and friendly. More expensive than we would have liked to have paid but then Denmark has a higher standard of living than the...UK. Three main meals and two soft drinks 489Kr (£57.60). As almost always in Denmark staff spoke good English. Outside terraced area is covered against the weather. A short walk to the shops in the town. DISABLED ACCESS: Restaurant all on ground level so should not be a problem for wheelchair users. PARKING: We parked up he hill but the harbour area seemed to have unrestricted free parking. NOTE: When we went in June 2018 the harbour area was undergoing a lot of construction work to the road, pavement and parking areas.More

This was our second visit to this restaurant. Food is fine and reasonably priced. The shooting star dish was not the best I’ve had and this time the bread was dense and undercooked. The location however, is excellent and although it was busy the service...was very good.More

Café K is situated by the harbour in Hobro. It´s a very cozy restaurant and they serve very good food. Especially their burgers and their tapas-menu are recommendable. We have dined there a handful of times over the past couple of years and will definitely...do so again in the future :-)More

We called rather late but for a table for 6. Even though the restaurant was pretty loaded we got a fast and very good service with a smile. The food was really good and we had a good evening.

A good place that serves decent food at decent prices. You will not leave this place hungry, but on the other hand the food is not Michelin level. The service is efficient and polite - though a little busy at times. The staff are trying,...but at rush it can be a bit much. Worth going by!More

We sat outside looking over the harbour and had a great lunch at a reasonable price. It was very busy but the service was still friendly and prompt! Highly recommend this restaurant!👍🇩🇰

That was one of our first dinner in Denmark, so we didn't know what to eat and arrived a little late (we are used to eat later in Italy). The girl has been very friendly, nice and patient with us. And the food was really...good. After dinner I suggest you to take a walk along the fjord, it's a nice place.More

Visited for lunch. I had home made quiche which was great, probably the best quiche I've had for a long time. The salad was different and interesting with couscous and cherries. My dining companions has sterneskud which they said was very good also. View over...the small harbour and nice tasteful decor made it a pleasant dining experience. It was quite busy and tables had been reserved so I think it's a popular place to eat. Not a massive menu but a good one and I noticed there were a couple of vegetarian options which is unusual! We were also offered some tapenade as an appetiser which I thought was nice welcoming touch. Will definitely visit again.More

Lovely place, lovely staff and GREAT food - I recon that the bun and the hamburger is home made :-). The Bun was nice and crispy and the hamburger was juicy and tasty - best burger in Hobro with the best view in Hobro!
