During our stay we had our dinner twice in Lou. I ate tuna steak and penne. Both were equally tasty. The price is very good as well. Worth a visit!

This little restaurant was very unassuming, with a limited menu. However, we ate very well, with dessert included, and the entire dinner came to 33 euro. Worth a visit if you happen to be in Flayosc.
