We’ve read a few reviews about Fresca pizzeria in kibbutz Massada, most of them were raving reviews.Last weekend (yesterday) we were in the north of the country, so we opted to pay a visit to this establishment to check ourselves if it is really the case.Since...the place opens its doors at 17:00 on Saturdays ,and they don’t take reservations, we thought it would be a good idea to get there as early as 17:00 ,only to find out that there’s a queue already in front of the restaurant. Luckily, we got a table for 2 outside fairly quickly. Now, baring in mind that its in the burning hot Jordan valley, one can assume that seating outside is not such a good idea but it was relatively reasonable and the huge, efficient portable A/C did the trick. The vegetation around contributed as well.We were served by a young , enthusiastic and cheerful waitress which was very knowledgeable too.She gave us an introduction to the place, she told us about the baking technique and of course, about the pizzas. We ordered one Melanzana and one potatoes from the fire pizzas. The pizzas are done the Napoletana way-which is known as a cultural legacy of Italy. They are quite thin with a thick external layer of dough, and the taste- to die for.Pizzas are not supposed to be a gourmet food but these two were really magical. To finish off in style , we ordered coffee ( good italien coffee) and one Limoncelo Tiramisu, also wonderful. To sum it up-our experience indeed lived up to the expectation. We found out that every word we read was true.We didn’t come across with a better pizza in Israel, and even abroad ,this place compared to others, can be proudly be considered as one of the bestMore

If you're at the middle of nowhere at the beautiful north of Israel (Ramot) and wanna have a great pizza, be ready for 25 minutes of drive and get to Fresca. In addition to the delicious pizza and tiramisu, you can meet Amit and Inbar,...who will provide you with the best service with a smile and a great mood. Worth the drive, Enjoy, SMore

The good : fast pizza done the Italian way fast oven and with original Italian flower. The bad : a little small size so you will most probably want to order a second pizza in order to feed yourself fully satisfying full. A small distance...from the main road, but worth the detour.More

In a Kibbutz near the Sea of the Galilee, a pizzeria in the real Napoli tradition. The pizza taste great, very different from the factory types pizza. It is a taste you will not forget, got to try it.

This place is the place to have a proper Neapolitan Pizza in Israel. Professional service with a very welcoming waitresses. Don’t let the limited menu put you down. This restaurant serves only good stuff.

We ordered 12 pizzas to take away at 30 mins notice. They were ready on time, obviously fresh ingredients, delicious, good value and friendly staff. More than enough for 20 adults. Will go there again

Our guide brought us to this hidden pizzeria in the middle of nowhere, about 15’ out of Tiberius. Excellent pizza, best service we have had on a two week trip to Israel, and nice / fairly priced Italian wine list.
